Met with ********************* in May 2022 he asked for a deposit which was paid on June 3 of $16,250. He asked for a second draw of $20,000 on July 11 22 in August hurricane *** at that point, he stated that the warehouse where he gets all of his materials and equipment suffered Building damage and was not able to get my brick pavers or any materials needed to finish the pool. I also paid him other amounts that total approximately $10,000. After about three or four months, he continue to say that he could not get the supplies. He stated that my brick pavers were on back order. I happen to find the number to the supplier and gave them a call. Their building has not suffered any damage. Finally Sometime in December the pavers were delivered they sat uninstalled for another couple of months. He then disconnected the water system that led into the house, which has caused another problem. Long story short I would never ever recommend this man to do anything for me again right now we have no water in the pool no pump hooked up and I have been told that he is on the run from the federal government. I am now stuck with a home which is my summer home with an unfinished pool no water in the pool no pump hooked up no birdcage no nothing and now I have to spend additional monies to get everything completed , do not use ocean blue pools, president and CEO *********************Initial Complaint

I should have looked in here before going to Gulf Coast Pools or Ocean Blue Pools **** what ever name ********************* uses. In the beginning, things were going GREAT! Then 2 yrs into building a house with hardly a pool, it all went to h*** ***** has put my family in a bind for the worst. He told my builder he needed 30 - 45 days to finish, HA! He had 2 yrs to start! He couldnt lay down pavers in 30 days! Its so bad that the dirt around my pool is dimensioning due to it sitting there for months soaking up rain. I better not get fined through the city! I cant close on my house until he finishes, 2yrs and I dont even have freakin pavers and hes gotten soooo much money from us. Promise after promise and then he will ghost us for months! Sooo unprofessional, no return calls to me or my builder! I would have never filed this complaint if he was a man of his word but his word is garbage! Worse mistake I mademeanwhile I have to continue to pay storage, rent and mortgage on a house thats not completed! Buyers beware!!!
