On April 18 2024 ill book a Pick Up with Big Road auto transport LLC 2019 **** GLC coupe 300 4matic ********** to *******. There never call Nobody told they was coming just show up, I pay towing company 150$ to put down the car he didnt want to put my car down, two hours later you call going to a drop yard and ***************, thats how company steal people cars Big Road auto transport LLC They are a big scam company They still have my vehicle they dont wanna return my vehicle back to me.Initial Complaint

Big Road Auto Transport LLC was contracted by ************** Transport Company on May 18, 2023 to transport my car from ******* to *******. This is a company of one driver. This driver picked up the car on May 19th and documented every little thing and every bit of dust or dirt on the car! So they know the exact condition of the car. After few days I tried to call this driver a few times to get status, but he would never answer his phone. So we called another number on the contract, and some lady answered but we had to call multiple times to get any status. She would not return phone calls. Finally, after a few days she called to say that our car would be dropped off on the coming Saturday or maybe Friday. Then on Friday late in the evening she called that the driver in front of our subdivision and will be driving the car to us. I was not home and my wife received the car. The driver dropped off the car and left in a hurry and could not speak much English. Since it was dark and night by then, she could not see much so she just parked the car on our driveway and left it. Next morning we noticed a huge oil leak on the driveway and a big crack in the oil pan and damage to the underneath driver side of the car. We immediately reported the damages, provided estimates and photos to ************** Company as requested, but they claimed it is the responsibility of Big Road Auto Transport and the driver. So after a few going back and forth this carrier/driver was denying the damages even though it admits that the leak and damage was not there when he picked up the car. He offered only $200 for more than $2000 damages! I have provided multiple estimates from licensed auto mechanics and shops.This is a very unethical company, the driver knows that he caused the damages to my car and needs to pay for the cost of the repairs.
