      I signed a contract for PVC residential fence installation on 03/11/2022 (Attached)I provided them with deposit (payment via check) for the amount of $4,621.We have been in communication for the first few months (this is a new construction so we were waiting for the green light for the installation date). Once we were ready, we tried reaching out multiple times to the business (some of the phones have been deactivated), with no success. It's been 5-6 month now that we have not heard back from them.We are trying to find a way to get reimbursed for the deposit amount.Thank you.

      On September 15th I signed a contract to get fencing done on my property. The estimator was very communicative until after the initial deposit was made. After which, it has been a constant struggle to get a hold of anyone in the company. I've submitted documents required for permitting a second time and did not receive a confirmation of receipt. After finally being able to get through to the estimator, *****, I shared my concerns and dissatisfaction and would like to discontinue with the service, he referred me to ****. I've called and texted **** to no avail. I've called the office several times and it seems impossible to get through to anyone in this company. I'd like to get my refund back, so I can take my business to another company that will be more communicable and professional.disappeared with $16k deposit and never started the work , wont answer any calls text and emails. I need help

      *****************************, phone# ************, representative of Solic fencing was in contact with me. He sent his staff to come out and take measurements to extend and repair our back yard fence. We have submitted all the required documents. The amount for the entire job was $7,395 and we had to pay a deposit of $2,590. They told me that they had requested a permit for the job by the *************** in late June. They would answer to my emails for an update till October 10th. The last email from *****, the Project Assistant Manager phone# ************/************, stated that the permit is under review. Since October 10th no one is answering my emails or phone calls.

      In May of 2022, my next door neighbor agreed to use Solid Fencing for some major PVC fence work. I wanted some new PVC gates for my home, and I thought it would be good for my new gates to match and align with my neighbor's anticipated new gates. So on May 11,2022 I also signed an agreement with Solid Fencing to do PVC installation of gates for me and gave them a deposit of $1,400 (total contract was for $2,400). Since then, my neighbor delayed his job for various reasons, and since I didn't want to wait any longer, I decided to go ahead with my new gates. However, for the past two weeks I have been calling, emailing and texting Solid Fencing, but the phones either ring endlessly with no answer or I get a recording saying the customer is not accepting calls. And, of course, no answer to my emails or text messages. I checked ****** reviews and there are 4 other reviews in the past few weeks saying the same thing.....Solid Fencing has disappeared and is not responding to anyone. All four are threatening legal action to get their deposits back. I don't know if the company has gone out of business, but it appears that they have run off with my, and other's, deposits. I have been reaching out to the numbers on their website (**********************************), as well as the principal's phone number. No response to any of my messages, texts or emails.

      I hired the company for a new fence back in June. The company got the permit, put up the fence and I know one inspector came. The company personnel came around September to pick up the fence documents (I was not home) and I did not hear back from them again. I have emailed and called them and have received no response. The permit is still open, and I am not sure what is the status. The total contract price was $19,800 and I paid a total of $17,820, the final balance was due once the inspection was done and approved and the fence stained.

      We reached an agreement with the company to provide a fence for $9,700 and paid them $5,880 as a deposit for materials on 7/21/22. They were supposed to install the fence in the beginning of October. They dodged our calls for weeks then plainly said they were not going to be able to install our fence. They did not give us back our money. When asked for the materials at least since we had given them money to purchase them, they did not give us the materials either. They essentially stole $5,880 and no other customer should have this happen to them.
