Fine Waiver Request of $1025 was rejected by the Board of Directors of Fishhawk Ranch community. The Board should approver our Fine waiver request because the HOA assessed charges without providing the proper notices that homeowners are entitled to receive. Furthermore, an SR with the County was created to handle the problem that is causing the SW to get dirty more often, but the HOA cannot charge us for future situations that are not under our control. We live in Texas and the house with the fee is in Florida. The HOA, Rizzetta, had our address of Texas but they did not send the notices regarding the issue. Instead of that, they sent a statement for $625 on June and then other for $1025 on July even that they sent us an email letting us know the fee was on hold. In March, Rizzetta sent a letter to our house in Texas, asking to update our address in Texas which is exactly the same, so it's a prove they had our address and they did not use it. Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/10/04) */ The HOA worked in our office back in 2020 but they have their own office space now. Also their HOA meetings are in our building and I assume that is why the homeowner felt this was the correct address.
