Might do an ok job on their client's lawn but seems not to care much for the client's neighbors. They don't park in front of their client's house. They park in front of the neighbor's house and drive their mower across the neighbor's lawn, driveway & sidewalks, which leaves black tire marks. I've discussed this with them 3 times prior, even left another bad review after the 2nd time, which I removed, thinking we had an understanding of mutual respect. Once again, they did it today. Then when confronted, no apology or contriteness at all, they asked "why is it a big deal?". Well, let me enlighten you. 1. It's disrespectful to your client's neighbor. 2. It's causing that neighbor to have to power wash those areas more. 3. It means your commitment to stop doing it means nothing.

This information is inaccurate and this gentleman is the only client that complains in the entire HOA neighborhood of more than 1000+ homes. We have discussed this issue with him multiple times and no matter what we do, we can not make him happy. He is very rude every time he approaches us and there is no reasoning with him. We do not park anywhere near his lawn, so this is here say. He does not conduct business with us so has no right to bash our business on the basis of where we park our lawn trailer. We have apologized and rectified the situation and he continues to harass our business.

Have I spoke to this guy 4 times about this? Yes

Is he still doing this? Yes

Is there black tire marks from his lawn mower on my sidewalks and driveway? Yes

Do I have video footage and pictures of this? Yes

Is there other neighbors complaining about this guy? Yes

So, how exactly did you "rectify" this situation? AND, you never apologized. You asked me "what's the big deal?"

His statement that I have no right "to bash his business" proves he has no idea how to do business. Let me enlighten you... If you damage someone else's property, even if they aren't your client, you are responsible for that damage.

It's really pretty simple, stop driving your lawn mower on my driveway and sidewalks. THAT is the "rectification". Otherwise, I'll be left to keep posting honest reviews where ever I can and pushing forward a small claims case against your business for the damages.

    Baker's Property Maintenance LLC Response

We have tried multiple times to mitigate this problem. I have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact him to resolve this issue. My foreman even offered to pressure wash tire marks, which he declined. There is no visible damage to the driveway or the "county owned" right of way, which we drive on. At this point, I don't know what else can be done to placate this person.

    Customer Response

    11/02/2021

There have been NO attempts to contact me. I've lived in the same place, had the same phone number AND the same email address since this business has been in business. My phone or home cameras have NO record of this business attempting to contact me. They continue to make excuses for their actions. The response I got from their "foreman" the last time we spoke was "what is the big deal". I guess it hasn't been clear enough for these people. I could care less where they park. Although it is inconsiderate and bad business to park in front of a neighbor's house, vice their actual client's home, I don't care where they park. The issue is them driving along my sidewalks and driveway, causing black tire tread marks on my driveway. Although there is no "physical" damage, there IS visible marks on the sidewalk and driveway that have been documented. They darken the driveway and sidewalks, which leads to added expense by me to power wash them. The business seems to not care about their client's neighbors, hence this second factual review. They may not like my review but it is based on facts and video footage. I've stated the obvious on how to "placate" this issue. If they can't understand, let me make it clear again. Stop driving their riding mower on my sidewalks and driveway and stop making excuses. My driveway is not "county owned" and I am responsible for the maintenance of it. Even if the areas were "county owned", it is respectful and courteous to your clients neighbors. SO, as stated in the previous post, it's really pretty simple. Stop driving your lawn mower on my driveway and sidewalks. Have a good day.
