            BBB unable to locate business
            Apex Metal Buildings, ***** ****** ******* took $15867.00 Deposit on a metal building on 1-4-22 and was supposed to deliver product within 12-14 weeks. He emailed in July that there were on track to deliver building no later than October 7. They have not produced any product for delivery after stating several times they would. I am requesting my deposit returned. Today August 16, 2022 he informed that he was turning my project over to manufacturer knowing that he has warrants issued by the Florida dept. of revenue and dissolved LLC on 8-15-22 and filed bankruptcy.

            Zero stars. ***** and *************************** take peoples deposits and then nothing. They do not return phone calls, text messages or emails for several weeks. If you do hear from them it is just to buy some time until the next excuse and lie. Then you contact the manufacturer and discover that they have no idea who you are or what you are talking about because they never received a PO from APEX for your building. So ***** and ****** take your deposit and spend your money, never place the order for your building and apparently dont pay their suppliers for the orders that were actually placed, either, based on the amount of companies suing them. Meanwhile, ***** and ****** are living large and being very generous with other peoples money. These two clowns have been working on this scheme for a minute.
