Order for (1) W10134951 Whirlpool Cooktop was placed on 5/29/24 and card was charged same day in the amount of $321.96. As of today 6/21/24, the shipping status has never changed. I have reached out several times via their website "contact us", called several times, but no way to leave a message and a few emails to their...but no response whatsoever.Initial Complaint

My husband, ********************* ,made a purchase in February on the 25th for a hinge assembly from this provider and the amount of $112.14. We have went through our bank trying to recoup the money as still as of today May 2, we have still not received, the product. I have left several voice messages and *** also followed the instructions of sending a message through their portal on their website which they do not respond to. I just want to return my money and let me move on with my day.Initial Complaint

On May 26, 2023, I made an online purchase for a Frigidaire Kickplate Grille from All Major Appliance Parts. I received confirmation of the order but did not receive it. I tried calling with no success and I have tried communicating with them by using their online form from their website, as well as sending numerous emails. I haven't received any response or credit. I bought two air filters (********** Frigidaire Filter, $10.16 a piece) from this website on July 11, 2023. I paid extra for *** Priority Mail shipping ($22.32). The order total came to $54.80. After about a week, I reached out via email because I hadn't gotten any shipping confirmation. My account on their website says that the order is processing. I have emailed three times since and used their contact form on their website. They do not have a phone line where you can reach someone. It appears this is a fraudulent business that does not fulfill taken orders. If my order ships, I will take this down. However, it seems All Major Appliance Parts is a scam.Initial Complaint

On October 4th I purchased an item for a washer. The website stated that there was two in stock. The website also states that items ship same day or next day. My credit card was charged the 90 plus dollars and still the item has not shipped. The order still states in process. I have tried calling them and it goes to a voice-mail that you can't leave a message on. I have also tried emailing them twice with no response.Business response

I ordered a replacement part for my ********* washer from All Major Appliance Parts on 7/17/2021. My order was made online and the company listed the part available at a cost of $209.08. I received an email receipt and order #***** after paying with a credit card. When I attempted to follow-up on the status of my order after not receiving it by August 1, 2021 I was only able to leave a voice mail and an online message. when I check my order online on the company's website, it is listed as "In Process". They have not responded to either of my contact attempts. I again left them a voicemail message and online message. I would like my money refunded if they are unable to ship the part. Is this company legitimate? Have they stolen my money? My next step is to contact the state attorney general's office.
