I have asked them several times to remove me from their list and they keep calling me. They have become a nuisance.

We have added this consumer to our internal Do Not Call list which should eliminate any unwanted phone calls from our company.  This should resolve this complaint.

I have been contacted after asking SIX times to be placed on the do not call list for Florida Suncoast calling about a $100 gift card. I have spoken with two "managers" named **** and **** who refuse to provide last names and claim that they've taken my number off of the call list, yet I still receive calls. This is violating anti-spam laws and making the company look extremely unprofessional, desperate, and annoying. You are terrible people for constantly bothering people who beg you to leave them alone. Go get a job that actually produces some value rather than pestering people who want nothing to do with you. STOP CALLING ME.

      Business response

We strive to ensure that we comply with all Do Not Call request.  We have added the consumer to our internal Do Not Call list and this should resolve any future unwanted calls.

I purchased a home and in the mail received a post card saying $100 gift card call number for details. I called the number and as soon as I heard the $100 "gift" was related to having to some water test. I immediately ended the conversation clearly stating that I was not interested in any form in participating. The person was not interested in ending the call so I had to hang up on them. I received a call from the same company about 2 days later saying "you were too busy last time we spoke" I cut them off saying no - remove my number I am not interested and clearly stated that this call was not ok. The person AGAIN did not stop talking trying to get me to participate in the water testing. I AGAIN had to hang up on them while verbally telling them to remove my personal information. I got a 3rd call from the same business saying "I have on record you were interested in learning more about the gift card" and I immediately stopped the conversation asking what the name of the business is so I can confirm indeed the same people are calling. I told the representative that she is lying when she says I have shown interest and I told her that I have asked to be removed, and I told her I am reporting this business to the BBB. She CONTINUED to try to sell the water testing, did not agree to remove my information, did not apologize, and I AGAIN had to hang up on her even after saying I am reporting them for harassment. The business is harassing the public through deceiving "gift card" propaganda and needs to be investigated.

I am responding to the complaint filed by Mrs. ****** regarding our gift card program.  Indeed we do have a program that offers a gift card to consumers for their participation in a presentation introducing our company and the products that we offer.  The gift card clearly indicates that the consumer must be a homeowner over the age of 21 and who participate in s study of whole house environmental products.  In response to the volume of calls.  It would appear that the first two calls could have come from our company.  The third call clearly did not come from our company because we have no marketing script that starts with the intro of "I have shown interest".  It was at this point the consumer became aggressive and stated you are lying and what is your company name.  Whichever company that the consumer was speaking with obviously felt this could result in a complaint and gave her a false name that was our company.  Thus killing 2 birds with one stone...avoiding a complaint with their company and having a complaint filed against our company.  Regardless we have ensured that the consumer's phone number is in our DNC records which will result in no contact from us.  This is the requested outcome so please close this complaint as resolved.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: you also are lying. Your company called me twice as shown in images. I repeatedly asked the 3 different agents to stop calling me and not only did they completely ignore my request they actuyally kept going back to the "script" to a point that had to hang up on your agents while they were talking because they would NOT STOP TALKING. Never an apology similar to your response. Your business is aggressive in nature and I hope is investigated as my first message suggested.

      Sincerely,

      ****** ******

This business has been calling me every week for the past year (maybe longer). I can't verify how many times they've called because they use different local phone numbers. I've asked them to add me to their 'Do Not Call List' several times; each time they confirm they will add me to their list, but they continue to call me. Please stop contacting me. Thank you,

I am responding to the complaint filed by Mr. *******.  I have ensured that this number is in our DNC database but I would like to respond to the statement that our company has called him every week for over a year.   It is possible that Mr. ******* is linking all telemarketing calls he receives to us but their are many industries that use telemarketing as a lead generation source.  Some examples are water treatment, alarm system, solar, blinds, landscaping, pest control, pool services, home water delivery and I could go on and on.  Within each of those industries there are multiple companies and many use similar marketing programs.  Ensuring that Mr. ******* is in our DNC list will result in our company not contacting him so please close this complaint as resolved.

They continue to harass me with one or more phone calls per day. They continue the bombardment of phone calls regardless of my asking over and over to take me off their list. I can't block the number cause they call me from many different lines.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/19) */ We have removed the consumers address from our mailing database. This should eliminate any further mail. However, many companies use direct mail to contact potential consumers so he will continue to receive mail from other organizations.
