Quality Craftsmen replaced a roof for us in May, 2021 with a 15 yr warranty.The roof developed a leak, and we immediately reported it to them on 9/29/23 @ 2:44 pm.On 10/11/23, @ 9:56 am, we received a call back from ****.I advised **** of the damaged fan, flooring and water being slung onto our TV. He stated that they would cover everything.After one failed attempt, a second repair was scheduled for 1/10/24. QC sent a single roofer, ****, from ************ to attempt a new repair.This repair was carving a valley into the taper system of the flat roof to re-direct the water flow.While here, he borrowed garbage bags for his debris and left them hidden on the side of our home for my husband to find after he left.The next day we had a thunderstorm.Matts repair compromised the roofs integrity and now water penetrated the drywall ceiling into another part of the room below, different from the original leak.We had a waterfall onto our furniture, wood flooring, rug, entertainment center, end tables, etc.Video and pictures during the event were immediately sent to ****, pleading for immediate action for someone to come tarp the roof. It was not until the next day that someone came to temporarily dry in the roof.On 1/30/24, we met with **** and his supervisor *** in our home.We discussed the damages and provided proof of cost for just a few things.We were not demanding that QC replace everything, not even reimburse us for half of our losses.We agreed on a figure of $4,500.**** and *** took this figure back to the owner, ***********************, who countered with an amount of $3500 and a request for us to sign a "change order" to the original contract, from the original amount of $11,919, down to $8,419. By doing so, they are asking that we relieve them of liability their employee/sub-contractor may have opened them up to which may have voided the manufacturer's warranty. We attempted to settle with **************. I do not reccommend this unethical company or it's owner.

Thanks for your response, however it is not an accurate recount of events. We are a company with a 30+ year history of quality work & excelent workmanship. The original leak occured because of a poor framing design & flat slope issue from the existing framing. We repaired the issue imediatly and we stand behind the warranty. We agreed on the reimbursement amount of $3,500 & we are prepared to issue the reimbursement as agreed. We can't be held ****** for exagerated amounts or extortion.

QC did a recent shower remodel in our 60 year old house. Despite some residual supply chain issues and a couple of other hiccups, we are extremely pleased with the result. **** worked with us our initial quote and contract and was very friendly, but professional. He was also available and responsive to us throughout the project. ***** in customer service also really went the extra mile for us, keeping us informed and working with us during delays beyond QC's control. Hiccups happen, but the folks at QC really care and worked diligently to keep us in the loop and do what it took to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. We love the new shower and appreciate QC's attitude so much that we just contracted with them to do our second shower! We HIGHLY recommend Quality Craftsmen.

Quality Craftsmen is exactly what it says, QUALITY! From *** who helped me with planning my kitchen refacing, to **** that came in a did the final measuring, to **** and his wife (i'm sorry , I don't know her name)that did the installation and all the people I spoke with. They were top notch people and the workmanship is excellent.

The salesman and sales experience has been great! He brought all of their samples to our kitchen table and worked with us to get the perfect selections! The products are great price was right!Will post another review with pictures after the install is done. I highly recommend this company!

Worked with **** and we are pleased beyond description. We called in the morning and he came at 3pm . He walked us through every option we could think of and made sure we were happy with what we picked out while working with our budget! Every thing was easy from start to finish.
