We had impact windows and doors by green solutions. The sales person came our house and described all of the details from the windows and doors, cost ect. from that point on everything was a lie. one after another once we signed the contract. They kept giving us one story after anothe rwhen our windows and doors would be here and when our permit would would be done. they kept telling us that it was the fault of ***************** for the delay so I called the county and got a different story. Also, please be careful when it comes time to sigh the permit paperwork it has to be notarized and man came over and had us sign and then told us that his wife was the notary and he would have to get her to stamp it once he got home. not very legal. i was told we would have designs on our front doors and that was lie also. all and all to many problems to write here. only lies after lies. ****************

Green Solutions of Florida LLC does not sell impact windows. We have searched our database and have no records of a customer by this name. I pray you find this response and reverse the review. We wish you the best and hope you find the correct company.

On time, on estimate, large efficient crew, easy to communicate with, and fast.That's five stars in my book. We are happy that we found American green solutions and now we know why so many people in our neighborhood have used them.You can choose some of the smaller crews and tie up three or four days of your time, or call American green solutions and get it done quickly with no surprises or hassles.Thanks for a great job.

In my opinion, ************ is misleading in its sales, and unscrupulous. They're salesman explained The inflation reduction act program. Green solutions, At a charge of $21,000.00 did green electrical updates to my home. I was promised by the salesman that the federal government would Rebate $17,000. that could be put towards the loan for this work. The salesman also advised there would be a reduction in my electric bill and those payments could be put towards the loan also. Needless to say, The salesman Neglected to advise that The rebates would come through the state. The governor vetoed The legislation and therefore, There are no rebates to apply towards the loan. If you look at the paperwork, on a back non signature page of the contract it states that green solutions is not responsible for collecting rebates. I was verbally promised the rebates and that I would receive 100% Help in completing the rebate forms. To date, Green Solutions has not even supplied me with completion details regarding the work done. There is no one who will talk to me about this matter. They did not even have the courtesy to let me know about the Rebate Legislation being vetoed. After numerous calls to the company, someone gave me the Inflation Reduction Act website to see about this information. After days of internet searching, I found out about the legislation vetoed. Most of the work was subpar, as evidenced by the township making them fix things before final permit approval. They also tried to cheat me and provide a different and less expensive heat pump then what was promised in the contract.As a result, I was without air conditioning in the deadt of summer heat in florida. They made no attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience. I had other numerous complaints about this company but there is not enough room in this review box to fill out all that information. I just hope that someone sees this and does not fall for the same thing I did. Do not deal with Green Solutions.

In reviewing that paperwork I did find the customer testimonial which clearly states "I understand that any and all rebates, incentives or tax credits are the sole responsibility of me, the homeowner, to inquire about, apply for and receive, not that of Green Solutions of Florida or any other financial institution." I do see your signature on that form. In regards to service, we did respond twice to your residence to resolve any issues you *** have been having. We also issued a check to you in the amount of $1500., which has been cashed. Very misleading from the start. Their initial sales call they represented that they were working with ***. Checked with *** and they are not an associated contractor. When they arrived, they did a lot of fast-talking. Example *** rates are going up 40% this year and another 40% in 2024. They guaranteed reductions in my electric bill and generate federal tax rebates. At the bottom of each page of their price break down there is a disclaimer that they ar not responsible if the above saving does not happen. DO not do business with them.

We initially set an appointment with your wife for a free home energy review to see if there were any ways to help reduce your energy costs thereby saving you money and to discuss available tax credits and incentives. We never once mentioned we were with FPL. There is a lot of information to cover in a review, however, the reps take their time to explain everything. Unfortunately, I believe there may have been some misunderstanding or something may have been misconstrued on your part. Thank you for taking the time to advise us of your dissatisfaction. We will strive to improve our communication skills in the future.

The name "Green Solutions of Fl." is a very shady Company, my gullibility has gotten me in lots of trouble. I thought I was going to help the environment in some small way. Instead, I was fast talked into believing by their Rep. Cody. who spent about 3-4 hours explaining how the government was helping people with solar adjustments to their homes with rebates and there would be no expense to the homeowner. Telling me in-depth how I would not only be helping the environment by my bill from a new hot water heater would be cut in half and save me a lot of money. So, I did stupidly sign a paper about rebates and investing only $7,454 dollars. I was actually stunned but he kept on talking about how the work they would be doing was over $25,000 but with all the government rebates it would only cost me $7,400 dollars. They could put it in right away tomorrow and he kept pushing and on the phone with his "boss" several times and I was very dumb about the whole thing. And now I can't find anyone at the company to give me information about when I will receive these so-called rebates. And since then, I have asked around with other companies and not only are these charges for an 80-gallon hot water heater (which) was way too big for my house (a 2-bedroom one bath) but the solar panel if you can call it that is a (10" x 10") tiny thing on the roof, and those two things cost me $25,000 dollars. It makes me a fool. This was done in April of this year 2023 and I haven't gotten any calls back from them, I leave messages and never get an answer or a call back. So, I am still waiting, not only was their representative dishonest but the company he works for is also. They won't get back to me in a timely manner to help sort through this mess. I did play fair but they did not. So I would advise anyone dealing with these people to either don't be taken in by fast talking reps or else take all the paper work to a lawyer. Our representative was at your home on 4/18/23 and you signed a contract on 4/18/23. The contract was for an 80 gallon solar domestic hot water heater, which includes a 4 foot by 10 foot solar panel, a solar attic fan which includes a 10 inch by 10 inch solar panel, blown-in insulation and radiant barrier for the attic space, intellimizer/intellibond for a 3 ton a/c unit. You signed the contract on 4/18/23 and work began on 4/21/23, after the 3 day right to rescind period. The work continued for a 2-3 day period. We also sent a service technician to your home on 5/1/23 to inspect the system and to make sure everything was installed and working properly. You allege you only have a tiny 10”x10” panel on your roof, however, you also have a 4’x10’ panel as well. I will be happy to provide you photos upon your request. You allege the rep was “fast talking” you, however, he spent approximately 3-4 hours at your home reviewing everything in its entirety. You allege you signed paperwork about rebates and investing, however, the only information on our contract regarding rebates, tax credits or utility credits is that which states “GREEN SOLUTIONS FL makes no written or verbal representations with regard to State of Florida solar rebates, US Federal Income tax credits or utility incentives. CUSTOMER shall be solely responsible for determining the applicability of such incentives and should consult with CUSTOMER’S attorney, financial advisor and governmental officials in this regard.” We even have an entirely separate sheet, we have the customer sign stating the very same. When you completed the finance company’s verification call, you were happy with the work, the installation, the equipment and verified that the job was fully completed. We did not hear from you until September 6, 2023 at 2:05 pm, when Brooke, from our office tried to call you in reference to an email you sent, however, she had to leave a voicemail. She followed up that call with an email, on the same date, and asked you to please call her at 407-813-2995 and she would be happy to help you with whatever questions you had. She did not hear back from you until 9/18/23 at which time you advised her that you would let her know. Again, we did not hear from you until late yesterday afternoon when you left a voicemail message. The representative who initially signed you up returned your call today. Don't DO BUSINESS NOR purchase solar from this company I was lied to from the jump here is my 1 year experience timeline . A guy came to my home on July 21 , 2021 promise us that our electric bill will go down significantly we would see a change give it 2-3 months 1st lied , told us that we would finance through green solutions for 12 months 0% interest and then if we aren't done paying it will be converted to a no more than 5% interest rate through the company 2nd lie . Called finance department because I received an alert on my phone alerted me that my credit was pulled . In the mist of it the guys were already at my house the next morning at 7;30 am which made me super exited but that should've been my sign something isn't right . Through the distraction dealing with the techs broke my rooms tried to lie about they did finally come to fix . We had to take cold showers for several weeks the tech was called to my home at least 15 times got water heater changed out 4 times. My light bill is $540 which is half of what I would typically during this time of year on top of it a $18,000 loan we had to take out to save money .Sorry to be jumping around a lot has happened. Now back to the shady financing department. Finally received a called back from Melissa she said the rep mid spoke we get the interest free through another company then bring you back to us that was a lie now she's telling me a year later we don't know who told you that. As you know that I'm not happy and it wasn't a pleasant conversation. She volunteered to help use find another company to refinance our remaining balance I took her up on the offer back in March, April, may, June . Now we are in July she finally ran our credit with a leader told me she will called back to let us know never heard back from her . I don't have enough space to write more I issues but I hope I wrote enough that NO USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM IF YOU LOO ONLINE THEY HAVE ATLEAST 50 lawsuits cases .

It is clear that you are upset over the fact that we cannot find refinancing for your loan. We do show that we had to go to your residence on two separate occasions to make repairs to your system. I believe the last time was in October of 2021. Since we have not heard from you since that time, we assumed your system has been working properly. Last week when you contacted Melissa about refinancing, you never mentioned there were any issues with the system. Melissa has approached several other finance companies, however, all have declined. Unfortunately, over the last year, it appears your credit has not improved enough to substantiate a new loan.

I am sorry we cannot assist you with the refinancing. If you are having issues with the system not working, we would be more than happy to revisit the home and try to determine where the problem lies. I can see from the false claims that we have 50 lawsuits, we are scammers, we have made 15 visits to the home, that you are clearly upset about the financing. We do maintain a 5 star rating and have many, many satisfied customers.

Thanks to your responds . We were able to get financing through our bank at a cheaper rate 5% . Melissa ran our credit for this second lending company knowing their rates were extremely higher . I called the company they said you have been approved we were waiting for Melissa to respond to us and we sent the documents to her for you all to sign . My responses was wow !!! She never told us the only reason I called them because it showed up on our credit . . Well Due Melissa lack of doing her job she should've told us this 3 months ago we should go through our credit union ;now we are stuck with additional interest. Far as staffing the company has been through 3 managers since July and October when I kept calling for them to come back out. The last tech told us this is the best we can do new manager never called back to talk about our issues . I won't blast your techs names but they agreed your company is craping us around and we needed to get another company to look over it . The owner still hasn't called me back which is really unprofessional. When people are crap on they must let everyone know so it doesn't happen to them . By the way thanks Melissa for writing this review for the company. People just do your research and be carefully with these scammers. Yes I'm upset that the fact my solar isn't 100% working and out of additional $3,000 finance charges you would to. My security Cameras don't lie , If I could post video and audio of all the visits I would. At this point we have accepted our loses and will deal with it .
