    We originally started off with 20 meals a week. After a few weeks we realized 20 meals was to many and decided to down-grade to 10. We made a phone call to make the changes. Our bill was reduced from $214 to $128 a week. Despite our request to downgrade, (which was confirmed because of the change in the weekly charge) they continued to send us 20 meals a week. We called them twice to have them stop sending so many meals because we had no need for it. However, the 20 meals a week continued. After some time, the owner reached out to us via email and stated he decided to charge us $900 for the difference in cost. $900 we never agreed too. This guy just seams to charge people whatever he wants. Keep in mind, this is after we clearly downgraded. It's not our fault he has incompetent employees that continued to send us meals we did NOT ask for. This was ether a mistake or intentional to charge us more. We decided to dispute the charge. Once we notified the owner that we are disputing the nasty and threatening emails started. The same emails as other families clam to have gotten. It had gotten so bad that we had to get the police department involved and file a complaint. I can provide email change upon request. This scam artist should be shut down.

    I requested to stop meal delivery due to going out of town for couple of weeks. The owner suggested to cancel my weekly re occurring billing service until I was ready to order again. I was very disappointed today 10/10/21 to find they kept debiting my account since 9/27/21 and now I have to contact my bank. Out over $400 and very upset with a death in the family at same time. This is a local business I was trying to support in the beginning but I'm done now! What happens this coming week? Going to charge my account again?

    You asked us to stop your auto ordering not your account. Those are two separate things. We already refunded back you back two charges on the Oct 1st and Oct 8th out of courtesy. We sign up on our service you agree to a terms and condition which is a bidding agreement upon checkout which states we do not offer refunds. Any chargebacks beyond our extended courtesy refund will be met with legal implications. We are sorry we couldnt satisfy you and wish you well in the future,
