Good afternoon. I went to my first gun show this weekend on Saturday the 18th. After looking at all the booths that sold the Glock 43x, yours was the least expensive marked at $439. I decided to buy it. From the time the person grabbed "the last one" and put it behind the counter, it was almost 2 hours before I could walk out with it. During my wait, one of the men behind the kiosk, I think his name is *** (rough around the edges and stocky...not the taller one) treated customers with utter disdain. If I hadn't been into the process for 90 minutes, I would have cancelled my order. When they finally took my credit card, I just wanted to get out of there. Signing my receipt, waiting another 30 minutes for my background check (not their fault), I received my gun and left. When I got home, I realized they charged me $454 for the gun (I took pix of the price still on the gun). Putting it through the gamut, I find that the slide release wasn't working. Today, the 19th, I took the pistol apart to give it a once over. It was ***** and dirty inside. There is no way this was a new gun as it was told to me (I have pictures). Thoroughly cleaning and lubing it, the slide release still doesn't work. As all sales are final, I will not return it or complain to them. However, this has "sucker" written all over it for me. Hopefully, it fires when I go test it this week. Buyers beware! I should've followed my gut when the guy was rude to his customers and left. Overall, it cost me tolls, a higher price, 2 hours of time, and the feeling of being taken. How this place was rated highly is beyond me. It takes a lot for me to have to write a bad review ever. This was THAT bad.

This customer is not being truthful about his purchase. First of all the firearm is 100% new and unfired. The customer is flat out lying! All of our ********************** are shipped new from Glock and I have the invoices with the serial number to prove it! If this was the case he would surely have contacted us which he did not.Second, are prices are posted as cash prices. If payment is made with a card then a 3% charge is added. He was told this and it is clearly posted. CUSTOMER CAN CONTACT US AT ANYTIME TO DISCUSS THIS!
