I ORDERED 2 BUTT STOCKS,THEY ARRIVE IN PLASTIC WRAP AND NOT IN RETAIL PACKAGING AS THEY SHOULD BE AND APPEARED TO BE USED,I CONTACTED THE STORE AND THEY INSISTED THAT THE ITEMS WERE NEW(UNUSED) AND IF I WANTED TO RETURN THEM I WOULD HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING FEE AND PAY A 6% REFUND FEE. I EXPLAINED WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING AND PAY A RETURN/REFUND FEE OF 6% WHEN YOU SENT ME USED ITEMS. THEY OFFERED ME AN EXCHANGE BUT ADVISED ME THAT THEY ALL(BUTT STOCKS) ARE RAPPED IN PLASTIC AND NONE HAVE RETAIL PACKAGING BECAUSE THEY GOT THEM FROM A BUSINESS THAT WENT OUT OF BUSINESS OR THEY BOUGHT THE BUSINESS OUT AND AQUIREDED THERE HOLDINGS. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK WITH NO RETURN 6% FEE ATTACHED AND NO RETURN SHIPPING FEE DEDUCTED FROM MY REFUND. I HAVE INSISTED THAT THEY SOLD ME USED ITEMS NOT NEW AS ADVERTISED AND ITEMS DO NOT HAVE RETAIL PACKING.
