Ordered product on April 15. Shows 4-5 weeks delivery. 5 weeks pass received email has been shipped on 5/20. But no tracking. I emailed numerous times for tracking and other questions. NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. Here it is 5/28, no response and no tracking and no product. The have no customer service. They have taken my money. Thieves!!!!Initial Complaint

I placed and order on 14 April 2024 and was immediately charged for the product. I got an email confirmation of the order and charge. Since then, after 2 emails and a phone call where I left a message...all within the last 3 weeks, no reply from business or owner. No idea if they are still in business or if they are backordered or what....silence.Initial Complaint

I order a stock *********** from this company. I have tried to contact a number of times to see status of shipment. The phone number given is not an employee of the company. I have sent a number of emails as well with no response. My understanding is the money would not be withdrawn until the product shipped. Within a short time the money was withdrawn. I have not received any response to my requests. I do not see how this company stays in business or why it is not shut down. After reading the complaints listed here I see that I am not the only that has been treated this way. Looks like a complete scam. The DA should press charges.Initial Complaint

I ordered a 15 Degree "Standard" underfold stock, but was sent a "non standard" underfold stock. The item does not fit my rifle and is what seems to be a bull barrel, none the less my rifle does not sit correctly and is unusable. I've called at least 5 times and left 3 voicemails, every email attempt gets sent back as 'Delivery Failure" or "Inbox Full" there is absolutely no way to reach the merchant and all my avenues of contact are depleted.Initial Complaint

On 5-24-22, I ordered a rifle stock from Underfold Stocks for $ 143.49 charged to my credit card, Order ************** It arrived on 5-24-22.after several attempts to install it, it became apparent that it did not fit as advertised. I attempted to get in touch with the company several times for details on returning it. All attempts were unsuccessful. After leaving several voicemails on the company phone #, I finally received a text message instructing me to send it back to : 765 Markham Woods Rd., Longwood , Fla. I sent it back via**** tracking #******************** It arrived on 6-12-22.When I texted asking about my refund, I was told that they had never received payment. The credit card company stated that payment had gone through, and told me that no refund to the card had been issued. I eventually was able to reach by phone .When I asked about my refund , the man on the phone said that I would not get a full refund and became angry that I had sent it back and bothered him with the messages. I mentioned that I was not satisfied with his answer, and he replied that he did not care if I was dissatisfied and hung up. Since then, I have received no refund or returns to any of my calls.This is definitely the worst excuse for customer service that I have ever experienced. However, I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

On Feb 7th 2022 I ordered a gun stock immediately got order confirmation transaction #*********** soon after the $113.49 was taken from my account you cannot reach him by phone email or text I've tried all email is full will not accept anymore voice mail the same sent text of order confirmation and screen shots of order confirmation and money taken from my account still no response this all happened on February 7 at 10.49pm money was taken shortly after first time I've had a company take my money before sending me a email stating my order has shipped kinda worries me this Adnan M***** doesn't seem to be to concerned with his customers or providing good service I'm worried I've been taken for my money and am not going to receive my order.Business response

But not going to apologise to the company they never sent anything about shipping and there's nothing posted on there web site about shipping delays. Your help is most apriciated.
