Very reasonable price and excellent service. Did a lot more than I was expecting. When they finished triming my 4 pine trees, oak tree, maple tree, magnolia tree and 1 palm tree my yard looked great. Removed all the limbs cleaned my yard and finished the job in one day. All members of the crew were very courteous.

Cory's company, Courtesy Cuts was hired on April 3, 2023 to remove a tree and a palm and a hedge and grind the stumps and trim other trees and bushes. He was paid the agreed price in full. In felling one tree, the tree landed on a smaller tree and destroyed it. Beer cans and litter were left in the yard. Courtesy Cuts failed to trim all overhanging limbs from the neighbor's trees as promised. Cory failed to grind the stumps as promised. His crew left huge ruts on the lawn. Cory looked me in the eye and promised he would replace the destroyed tree and complete the job. He then promised to return on 3 separate dates, but never showed and never called. It is now May 1 and still no Cory. Cory makes lots of verbal promises. But, my experience is that Cory does not follow through on his promises.

DO NOT GIVE COURTESY CUTS, OR ANY ENTITY ASSOCIATED WITH CORY *******, YOUR BUSINESS. If I could give a no star rating to this business, I would do it. We agreed on a very good price for a good sized job removing a number of trees in our yard. *******, who probably realized early on that he was likely going to lose money on the job, did not supervise the work. Early on the first morning, the crew felled a sizable oak from the bottom - rather than trimming from the top as any professional would. The tree crashed to the ground, shaking the ground, leaving craters in our lawn and in the neighbor’s lawn, and - most importantly - missing the neighbor’s house by mere inches. When ******* was called, he said he would be right over, but he did not arrive until nearly 6 hours later. He offered to cut down a pine tree in the neighbor’s yard at a discount as recompense for the damages. The rest of the job was done with minimal damage, but clean up was shoddy to say the least. In addition to leaving huge branches hanging in vines (which we’re supposed to have been removed), the crew left beer bottles and remnants of their lunches in the wooded area where they were working. Branches, logs, and twigs were left scattered throughout the area. The branches and trunks that they did pile up for pick up amounted to about two and a half truck loads. Unfortunately, they only took two loads and did not return for the rest ******* promised three times to send a crew to complete the job. No one ever showed up. After that, he simply stopped answering the phone. CORY ******* IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS.

I had about 6k worth of work done (and so did most of the neighborhood). This was dense Florida jungle clearing along with a few trees across an acre. The workers them self did work incredibly hard and basically cleared it within a day. The only negative is that they are a bit slow to clean up depending on the job (requiring a claw for trees left at the curb and such, and sometimes had to get on the workers for litter, but minor issues. However for the price point and quality of work they do I'd definitely hire them again, just seems a little mismanaged (seems like a separate entity) but the workers are pro and no heavy equipment. The foreman who is also the head climber is good at making sure you get what you wanted out of the job if you just keep track of pointing it out, very nice guy.

Outstanding job done by Cory and his team. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work preformed. We had two very large invasive trees threatening our front yard. Two of which were in danger of falling over the neighbors driveway. Cory and his team arrived promptly at 8AM and were entirely finished with taking down the trees and grinding both stumps out before 5PM. It was amazing to watch his climbers work, our whole neighborhood was engaged and interested in the project. The team was extremely respectful of our neighbors and they had a crew of 6 men working in tandem throughout the process to clear falling debris from the trees so that it did not impact traffic in our neighborhood. I highly recommend Courtesy Cuts. Cory was honest, on time and extremely well priced considering other quotes we had received.
