      On 5/8/2024, I had thought we had negotiated an "Out of Door" price for a 2024 Nissan Versa for $21,500 with a $5000 down payment at Bill Ray Nissan in ****************. The sales manager explained that to get the car at this price we would need to add 2 service contracts, but that these could be cancelled after the first payment and the amount would then go back into the loan account reducing the principal back to $16,700 (with added tags and registration). We agreed and after the down payment, $21,916 was financed. Believing I had gotten the deal that we agreed on, I signed the contract and got the Versa.Over the next couple of days I was looking over the contract and the numbers weren't matching up. The 2 contracts added up to $3,920. So the amount financed should have been $20,620, not $21,916 a difference of $1296. So I went back to the dealership and talked to the sales manager. He then told me there was another contract that we would cancel which was included in the price of the car for $999 and adding the tax for all three contracts would be $5,167 which would bring the principal down to $16,749. That was right on the ***** So I waited a month.Today, I went back to cancel the contracts. The one sales manager was on vacation so I dealt with someone not familiar with the agreement that was made. He cancelled two of the contracts. I told him about the other contract that I thought was the ceramic coating, not even aware it was applied on the day we got the car. All I thought was that the car was being cleaned and detailed. Anyway, I showed him the calculations that the previous manager had stabled to the original contract. He just told me that he could not cancel the ceramic coating contract, and the head sales manager agreed. They talked to the owner who also said that this could not be done. They said they would wait till the first sales manager was back to resolved this. I feel I was mislead and they should honor the original "Out of Door" price.

      On May 25, 2022, my Rogue Nissan goes for CVT transmission repair; the Service Rep states, "we have the part and car will be ready Saturday (May 28, 2022) and that he would call when car was ready for pick- up." I never received a call from the service rep. I contact Bill Ray Nissan May 28, 2022, by telephone, and speak with representatives (cashier). The representative (cashier) states the car is ready. I arrive at dealership and head to the cashier's window.

      I get the car home and I hear a strange sound under the hood. It is about 3:50pm, immediately I call back to the dealership and ask to speak with the service rep and I am told he is gone for the day. Next, I explained the issue to the representative (cashier); I am transferred to the service manager. I arrive at dealership; tech speaks to me, and the service manager never comes out but stays in his office. The service rep asked what was going on and I explained. I was told by the service rep that the owner of the vehicle should ride with the technician and point out the noise to the technician. As I am removing the key for the car, two technicians come out for me to ride with them and point out the noise. I refused to ride with two technicians. They take the car and drive off; they are gone for about 7 to 10 minutes. The car is returned back to me to drive home.

      The interesting thing is on June 1, 2022 (5 days). I am driving down the highway and I hear a noise from under the hood again. This time it is a loud rumbling noise and 60 miles per hour is as fast as I can drive unless the loud rumbling noise begins. I call back to the dealership and ask the rep to speak with someone over the service manager. The conversation was pointless. I explain that I am pulled over on the side of the road. The just of the conversation was I needed to get the car back to the dealership for technicians to look at the at the car. Also, I was assured that the dealership prize in repairing vehicles and returning them quickly.
