June 17th I made an appointment 1 month in advanced to get my recall done. It should only take 1 hour to 2 hours. When i got there ***** came out and said that this was a mileage verification check only. He also said that they need to order the part and I would have to take it somewhere else. I asked where and never got a response. He said he would call me on Friday, never heard back.I've dealt with cars and dealerships for 30 years, so I knew it was a ******** excuse. If it was really a verification, they could have said so and I would have stopped in at anytime. Who the h*** cares how many miles, this is a recall from ***? Never heard back.June 24th Called *** headquarters and filed a complaint. They verified that the dealership never got the part which is exactly what I suspected.
