The worst service department in central Florida, from the advisor Jujuan that continuously lied to me to the service director Carlos that never answered one question I asked about repairs to my car. I was accused of wanting free repairs from them after they put parts in my car that were completely unnecessary. I asked for print outs on all work done on my car and was told the mechanic has them with him while he's gone on vacation for the week! WHAT???? There were repairs made to my car without my knowledge or approval, when I asked when the parts were put in my car I was told "I don't know". WHAT??!!I will never own another Mazda again simply due to never having to deal with the service department again. I go out of my way to steer anyone away from ever going to this dealership. Don't go here for any reason

I was in the market to buy a new car. I already have been pre approved by my credit union and i've been doing my research on cars religiously. I saw a Honda Accord 2020 EX-L VIN:*****************. I called and asked if it was available, gave them the information to which car i want to see mentioned the price and scheduled a time to go see the car. When i got to the dealership they asked me which car i gave them the info again. The sales guy brought the car around we went to see it test drove it and everything. When we went back inside he said have a seat ill go run the numbers. This car is listed at 20,991 on their website and on auto trader and public websites. After a while of them talking in silence and looking over my way. They come back and say we have bad news. They then pulled out a sheet and told me that the car is actually 33k and that they made a mistake in the system and kept asking if i still wanted to purchase. I declined and told them that if this was the case i wouldn't of wasted my time nor their time. I drove 1 hour to go see this car. This method seems very much like a bait and switch technique. The price of $20,991 has been posted on their page for Days and when i get there to purchase they change the price to $33,000

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/30) */ Yes, there was a pricing error somewhere in our process. The car was actually supposed to be priced at $29,991 and somehow it posted at $20,991. There was no bait and switch technique. We are a very transparent dealership. Occasionally errors happen. When a dealership makes a mistake, everyone assumes the worst. We are more than willing to offer a huge discount to try and make up for the error. I would even sell the car for $1,500 below cost to try and make up for the error. I just can't sell the car for $20,991. There is a disclaimer on our website stating we are not responsible for 3rd party errors and omissions, however, we don't like to pass the buck. I am willing to take some responsibility for what happened. I just can't sell the car for $20,991. KBB Retail is $34,648. KBB Trade In is $30,171. I am willing to sell the vehicle for $27,876 plus tax tag and fees. This represents a phenomenal deal.

I have bought 2015 Honda Civic from this dealership on 08/09/22, i have requested video of the car to make sure that there is no major dents or scratch, but the video i got did not mentioned anything about it, i drove all the way from Jacksonville and found that Car have some deep dents and paint damage, I was little upset as i was not in an understanding of that when i drove, i have asked about the mechanical condition, but the GSM have showed me the video of complete inspection of the car and what was done and what was not done, they told that the left CV axle was leaking but it is not recommended to replace immediately, i took the car for inspection and it was needed, i have spend $625 at ******* as the wheel alignment was not done either, apart that i have changed the wiper blades as it was not cleaning (****** Store), i have spend total of $670 and attaching all the receipts, i respect the dealership and i need a small favor from them to cover some of my cost which is $400.00. as i did not intended to spend immediately after my purchase, I want them to thank on spending time on explaining details, Need help from them by covering some portion of it.

Business Response /* (1000, 18, 2022/10/19) */ We were extremely transparent with this customer. We showed him our reconditioning video that showed the customer step by step what needed to be done to get the vehicle in good running condition. We elected to put new brakes along with $2,000 worth of other repairs. There was one item we decided not to do. It was the CV axle boot. There was a small amount of fluid seeping from the boot. This is something that could have been done in the next 6 months. The customer was aware of this and agreed to buy the vehicle. I'm actually shocked that this review is here. We brought him and his family member up to the sales desk and went over every item line by line and showed them everything we did to the vehicle item by item. They knew everything and agreed to the price. Everything was disclosed to the customer the night of the transaction.
