      I placed a bogo order with mypheromonie on November 28, 2022. I still have not received my order neither have I received a refund from the company. I reached out to their customer service department by emailing ********************************** on August 30, 2023 and received an email containing a tracking number. I looked the tracker number up and the order says that it's still instransit. I emailed the customer service department back in September of 2023 requesting a refund and I have not received a reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

      I made an order with My Pheromonie, on November 30, 2022. The only contact email /option is ************************. I ordered 6 bottles of perfume on a buy 3 get 3 free promotion they were advertising. On December 16, 2022, I received an email stating that my order had shipped. On January 9, 2023, I received a package, that contained 2 bottles of something called “Handsome Boy”. Not even close to what I originally actually ordered; which was “My Pheromonie original pheromone spray, x 6 bottles. I immediately reached out to the company. Then I waited. After not receiving a response I sent another email on January 20, 2023. Still no response. I then sent a number of emails, about 8 or 9 from February 6, 2033 - July 3, 2023. All of those emails went unanswered. During this time I still received marketing emails from this company, many of which I sent replies to stating my issue and requesting that someone contact me. But just like all the rest of the emails, no response. I recently tried to dispute the charge on my card with my bank. However, they denied the dispute stating that it was past the 60 day timeframe from when the charge first appeared in my statement. But that is because first it took the product ( the wrong product) more than 30 days from the order date to arrive. And by the time I received the wrong product and contacted the company along with giving them adequate time to respond, those 60 days that the bank required were already up. I was trying to handle it on my own by giving the company a chance to resolve the issue. I plan on going into my branch to see if I can further dispute this charge with my supporting emails and copy of my invoice with an actual manager or fraud representative. I must also mention that the wrong item that I received has, to this date, never been opened, as I planned to return them to the company upon receiving the correct items I actually purchased. Total amount was $55.94. Please tell me that you can help. Thank you.

      I purchased from this company on 2/4/23 and was charged $24.97. I did receive the product. I did not subscribe to recurring shipments, but have now been charged $22.47 on 3/1/23, 3/29/23 and 6/7/23. There is not a number that I can call to cancel this recurring payments, and no one is answering the email contact. I want the debits to stop and I want my money back!

      I had made a purchase in March for the perfume and now they keep taking money out of my account. I had emailed them a few times and asked them to cancel whatever subscription I didn’t authorize and they said they cancelled it but money still is coming out of my account. They are terrible with communication and they will not refund my money. I NEVER subscribed to anything, I cannot log into an account bc I never created one and they won’t help me out there either. So I am complaining that they keep taking money (and I do not recieve any products, they just take money). I just want the money back they took. And for them to stop charging.
