I had my home's exterior painted. I am very satisfied. These gentlemen did exactly what they advertised! No short cuts! Quality paint, excelent preparation, attention to detail, clean up, and answering all my tedious questions. Any future painting projects (and I have a few), will be offered to A Painters Touch. I personally detest finding a quality contractor. ******************* address the quality of results unless unsatisfactory; thus is time consuming, frustrating, and expensive if choice is wrong. After hurricane Ian on 9/29, I discovered I was missing shingles on a corner of my roof on 10/3, when a friend finally came to take a look. I tried calling local companies, and no one could come out to put on a tarp at that time. I found a company in S. Florida on 10/4/22, and after giving them my insurance information, they agreed to come on 10/6 between 8-2. I waited all day but no one called to say they wouldn't be coming. I called the company around 4 pm to see if they were just running late, but was told they had gotten behind and rescheduled me for 10/9, same time frame. So, I waited again all day and no one called, and no one was in the office as it was a Sunday. So I started looking for other companies, and found Painter's Touch in Orlando. I talked to Josh that day, and he said someone would be out the next day. His brother, Garrett, called me that morning to ask if they could come early, and I got my tarp! He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and explained why my insurance company requires sandbags, and not nails to secure the tarp. He said if I have a problem with the tarp or sandbags after a "normal" storm, to give him a call and he'd come take a look. Obviously, they don't guarantee them for hurricanes, which I understand. I'm just so happy I found Painter's Touch, and how responsive they are. Should I need any painting in the future, they are first on my list to call. Good people!
