Such a terrible experience with a terrible individual. I ordered accessories for my Bronco in February. I asked about turn around time, fully expecting 4-6 weeks due to them being custom items. Jarrett proceeded to tell me, oh no! 3 weeks max. Ok cool. Paid my money and waited. 4 weeks go by, no items. I message to follow up. I'm told "oh, we're waiting on the pink acrylic to come in, but no idea when it will get here". Ok I get it, supply chain issues. No worries. 3 more weeks go by, another message just following up...still waiting we'll let you know. A week later, the acrylic is in! Ok yay!! 3 more weeks go by, I'm frustrated at this point. So I ask if I'll be getting my items or if I've been scammed. He lost his mind. But eventually tells me everything will ship out the week of April 25th. Ok thanks. 4 weeks later, no items. 3 emails ignored over another 3 weeks. So I message on messenger when I have time, fully expecting no response until business hours. He responded, berating me for messaging at the time I did (7pm in Texas) that I was interrupting his family time and that I needed to email him if I wanted him to respond. Ok, I've tried that, I get no response so here we are. No, I said you need to email me and I'll respond. Ok dude fine I'll send another email. Sent it, ignored. Week or two later message again, this time he's angry bc I send a message while he's on vacation and I'm interrupting that. Bro, please tell me how I'd know? I'm told again to email him... so I do again, no response. It is now June and I've requested either to have my items sent to me or a refund of my $245 4 times. No response. As of mid august, I still do not have any of the items I paid for and no refund. He is a thief. I did finally dispute the charges with my bank. But just saw that the temp credit was reversed.
