      For a company that touts its "family-run business" credentials, Collis Roofing certainly does not treat its customers like family. Fish rots from the head with this organization as far as their warranty coverage. After their incompetent warranty department dragged out my legitimate warranty claim (for multiple shingles repeatedly blowing off our roof) for over 3 months, I appealed to the *** for help in getting the warranty process moving. Instead of an apology for the delays and horrible customer service, he told me the defective roof his company installed for our builder wasn't his problem and tried to charge me to honor the warranty specifications.

      Got my roof done with collis roofing,they claims they put 24 sheets of ply board on my roof when I only counted 7 because I was home at the time, I tried to let them know that what they’re telling me is not true but because I had already signed the contract I had to pay over $2000 or else they would put a lien on my house. I am advising everyone to be careful of Collis Roofing because they tried to cheat the customers.

      The company lies in their advertisement to address a problem quickly. One month to evaluate the problem and 2 months to repair. Meanwhile you have a roof that is leaking and damaging your interior. They don’t back up their product or workmanship.

      Your work order came in Friday 8/4 where you were advised of our call back and work timeline. We are in the middle or rainy season and are working diligently to handle all customer requests. You should be getting a call by the end of this week for scheduling for the evaluation and will present you with a resolution once our finds are reviewed by management.

      Had new roof installed in Feb. 2022. In June 2022 flat roof began to pull up. Had one gentleman come out from the company the same day and heated the portions that peeled up. That did not work. After repeated calls and emails to my salesman and anyone else that would listen, I got a general foreman to come out and asses the issue. To which he agreed, flat portion of the roof was lifting. This was October 2022. Again after repeated emails and calls to my salesman and anyone else who would listen, nothing! Absolutely nothing! Mind you we have already gone through hurricane Ian. In Jan. 2023 finally got manager and rep from roof paper company out to asses the issue to which manager said it was a quick fix. After several more calls Collis came out 02/24/2023. Almost a year after the installation. They put patches on my brand new roof! They did not fix the entire issue, which was the roof paper pulling up from the roof. It was unacceptable! Not on a brand new roof. They said they would fix it. Till this day I’m still waiting. This roofing company will take your money, no problem but when it comes time to fix any of your issues, they disappear.

      They dont answer our calls in regard the estimate they sent to us. I requested 3 times over the phone and 4 times on email. They never call us back

      Collis Roofing is excellent! Starting with Matthew ****** who gave us our quote and helped us every step of the way!! Will ****** and his crew along with Joe the superintendent did a phenomenal job and getting our roof done in two days. We are very pleased and so glad we picked Collis Roofing to re-roof our house! Collis Roofing did an outstanding job and I would recommend them highly!

      The absolute worst. And Osceola County inspectors must have been paid off to look the other way instead of doing THEIR job. I, homeowner fixed all their crap work. No one would help me all by myself. These people are evil. ALL their work of River Rats. Do yourself an American Great! Never hire Collis Roofing. NEVER. This message sent from one who has worked with and for contractors and engineers. Thank you.

      SUGAR COATED COVER UP WITH LIES!

      Never installed hurricane clips to sheathing. Inspector, Osceola County must be their paid off buddy.

      Never let this happen to you and your house in America. These people are destroyers!

      The contractor who framed you home would have installed any hurricane clips. The only time a roofing company would replace or install those, is if you had the entire decking re-done and it was specifically requested by the homeowner. In this case, we only replaced one sheet of plywood. The re-roofing job was preformed up to code and passed inspection by Osceola County Building Department.

      I sure wish I had looked at these reviews before hiring Collis Roofing to replace my roof in 2018. I chose them because my neighbor used them and they seemed to be very professional. I recently contacted them for leaks and they made an appointment and then cancelled it the day before they were to come out. Were out finally a month later and said that I had condensation on my pipes and that was what was causing the water. I had the repipe done prior to 2005 and Collis is saying that just now my pipes are sweating and that's what is causing the water in and around my home. They also said that they would send the pictures and their report to someone else at collis and I would also receive a copy of the report but they went to their truck and took off so I have nothing...not even a business card to say they were here. When I called, I was told I must have misunderstood them. I was told they would take 72 hrs to get back to me. I have given them a week and still have not gotten a report emailed or phone call as promised. Once they have your money they don't care. I have the time to deal with them but many of you out their don't and be wise to know what they are like. A business is only as good as what it does when a customer has a problem. Collis does nothing but take your money. Next I contact them it will be the third time and so far they say I am responsible and they are responsible for nothing.

      Collis replaced our roof 16 years ago and did a good job. Subsequently, Collis made several repairs over the years for a roof leak and did a good job. But a new roof replacement this summer, was a nightmare we will never forgot. We had extensive damage to the interior of our home due to the fact that all the shingles were removed on day one of the project and the roof was not tarped during a violent rain storm that evening. Both our salesman and the supervisor blamed us for the damage including a partially collapsed garage ceiling. After many weeks of unreturned phone calls and texts, the damage was repaired because we emailed the owner of the company. This company desperately needs to improve it communication skills. Also, the crew brought a toddler to the job site one afternoon. How unprofessional and dangerous to have a child on our property during the project.

      Due to the nature of the work being done on site, we always take room for error into account. As unfortunate as this may be, we did own the mistake, as well as make all necessary arrangements to rectify the issues. We did not blame the homeowner for the damages, however, had the leak been reported to us in a timely manner as stated in your contract, the extent of damages would have been far less severe. Once informed, we did make it a priority to perform all the necessary steps to correct the issues caused by the failed underlayment and have many emails correspondence with the homeowner discussing those details. We even received an email from the homeowner applauding how fast and efficient our team was to rectify the issue once we were notified. As far as the crew, they have been addressed regarding who is permitted to be on a job site. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can ensure it does not happen again.

      Please note that had multiple leaks, not just one leak. The morning after the interior damage, a remediation company, ***********, arrived and installed four dehumidifiers and fans in almost every room of our home. We were so impressed with *********** and certainly would have expressed our appreciation for their efforts as well as the Collis employees who were also on site that morning. And yes, eventually all the damage was repaired thanks to Buster who helped us so much when other employees stopped responding to our emails or texts. Why didn't the site supervisor come by to check the underlayment after the crew left? Why were tarps left on the ground and not on our roof?
