We recently had the pleasure of working with Dehlinger Construction Company in *****************, *******, for the replacement of our roof, gutters, soffits, and the exterior repainting of our home. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.The communication from Dehlinger was always prompt and clear, keeping us informed every step of the way. Their professionalism was evident not only in the quality of the work but also in their flexibility in scheduling around our needs. What truly stood out was the teamwork between Dehlinger and their partner companies. Every crew member was courteous, clean, and incredibly efficient. Dehlinger Construction is a stellar company offering outstanding service coupled with genuine care for customer concerns and needs. They just finished putting a completely new roof on my home last week. Everyone that I either saw in person or talked with by phone was glad to hear from me, answered all my questions-and there were many; and took me smoothly through the whole process of insurance claims. I had hailstone damage from a storm in March. Dehlinger’s took accurate photos and measurements to meet the needs of the insurance company. They handled negotiations with the insurance company-for which I was grateful, resulting in almost complete coverage in costs. Dehlinger’s came on time, and left my yard completely free from scattered shingles and nails. They swept my yard twice to make sure. The most surprising occurrence concerned the shingle color. The original color I chose was blue; and I learned about three weeks ago that it was no longer an option. So I chose an alternate color. Little did I know that someone was still working on my preferred color; and four days before the roof was to be installed, that color was found in Tampa and they went and got it for me. I was thrilled with such service!!! It goes beautifully with my blue home. There were so many people that I either talked with or met! Here are just a few of the people that greatly impressed me: Mariano, Brett, Casey, David, Lily, and Elizabeth, to name a few! Those unnamed meant just as much! I actually miss having contact with them now! It is obvious they are happy working for Dehlingers. If you or someone you know is seeking to have a roof installed, let Dehlinger’s be your first call. I got a second opinion but it was no contest. Dehlinger’s won the bid and also my heart!

Dehlinger Construction, LLC provided an excellent solution to the noise and leak issues we had been having, Our house addition has an Elite foam panel roof that transmitted the sound of the rain through to the interior, sometimes to the point of it being unbearable. Also, their work has now eliminated the possibility of future leaks. Many thanks to Mariano for his "out of the box" thinking and perseverance, and to David and Maurice for their quality workmanship, They were always on time, very accommodating, completed the work as promised and within an acceptible budget. Dehlinger has done two roof jobs for Church of the Good Shepherd and were wonderful to work with. They were careful around our tenant school, which is very important. They were also timely and gave great value.

Dehlinger Construction came to our rescue as our HOI sent us a non-renewable letter in regard to our screen porch roof. The HOI company gave us little time to make repairs. Dehlinger Construction helped us meet our deadline and completed the small project quickly. Dehlinger took pictures of the repair through the process.
