September 2022 I was talked into giving them $2394.00 for them to rent resorts from RCI for their client rentals. I was told we would receive $1400.00 per rental which would net us $6000.00 or more over our investment. I haven't heard from them and can't reach them in anyway possible. I do see others have had the same issue, I just want our money back.

I've been robbed from this company. I signed a contract with them on Aug 12, 2020 and now it's Sept 23, 2022 over 2 years. They will not answer the phone it wants you to leave a message at 5555 and now it's saying the number you have reached is not in service. I paid $1596.00 for International Corporate Events to find buyers to rent my timeshare and I was supposed to make $5,600 to 8,000. The program is designed to help you rent your timeshare within 180 days. This never happened for me. When they sent me offers, I signed them and returned them Oct 15, 2020. They only sent me a total of 2. The company failed to fulfill their obligation and I want my money back of $1596.00. Rental Price Per Week $1400, Advertising fee per week 399 and total Advertising fee $1596. I paid them by card. Please help me to recover my money. I'm on a fixed incom.

International Corporate Events contacted me in respect to renting timeshare weeks in June 2020 I paid them $1596 to rent my weeks with a promise of return rental fees exceeding this amount. I felt giving circumstances with covid that the time span they promised would be longer due to no traveling being done at that time! Now I call phone numbers are no longer working

Was contacted by this business to be a broker in selling unused timeshare allocation. They charged me just over $2300 as a brokerage fee, and guaranteed me a payout of $6000 minimum within 90 days when they sold my allocation. 90 days came and went with no payment. 2+ years have gone by now with no resolution, and in understanding the impact of COVID on travel, I did not overly push the situation other than keeping communication with this business. I have had no communication from the company now since November of 2021, and have made multiple calls in efforts to make contact with no success. Looking online, it would appear I am not the only one with this same issue as multiple people have been having the same experience.

On October 6, 2021, I purchased a rental agreement over the phone from Robby C******* through International Corporate Events Inc. I did not reach out to the company but instead answered a phone call placed to me by them to me in regards to a timeshare I have through Westgate Resorts. Unfortunately, their service has been inadequate to date because originally they did not have the correct information for my account, due to no fault of my own, and I have not received any viable offers since I signed up in 2020. I am disappointed because I feel their services were misrepresented. I was told my weeks would sell fast, by early 2021, if I selected a low weekly rate, which I did. Robby told me there was a conference in the area and they needed my weeks for it. That of course did not happen. Their company also signed me up somehow for an incorrect rental program and sent me incorrect rental offers for places I wasn't able to offer. I'm not sure how this happened since the agreement had the correct information listed on it. It took them months to fix that after I was sent incorrect offers. After I was ensured it was fixed (after several months of calling and checking), I did not received any offer at all. I was told I was on the top of the list for the following month time and time again. For the last few months, I have not even been able to get through to a customer service agent via phone and have been disconnected every time I call or the line has been busy. I tried to send emails but no one replied to that either. I am very concerned and frustrated you are no longer honoring my contract. I just want a refund at this time. Thank you. I have been very patient in the past trying to allow your company to resolve the issue with my lack of offers. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you just refunding my credit card for the amount I was originally billed on 10/6/2020 in the amount of $798.00. Enclosed are copies of my records (receipt, agreements and emails).

In November 2020, Robbie contacted me from ICorp Events to ask for permission to rent my deposited weeks of our timeshare to corporations for their use. I would pay $2394 up front to ICorp Events and would more than double my money back to me when they were rented out. Their success rate was always renting within one year. I paid, had no offers for several months, contacted them, they were working on it, got one offer w/3 resorts to contact and none had availability. Several more months went by with no contact, I had to contact them, again, they eventually sent me another offer with 3 resorts that had no availability and I have not heard from them since...for months! I have sent numerous emails and tried to call, no replies on any emails and no way to leave any messages, ever. They were to send me contact names of renters but never did. This is completely wrong and I feel they just took my money with no intent of ever paying anything back.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2022/06/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have just tried to call them;I am on hold, then told to leave a message for x 55555, then a recorded message stating no messages can be left, then disconnected. This is what has happened for months- there is no way to communicate with them. I have also just sent an email to their support email ... as I have for months, and I have not had any reply from them for months. They lie when they state I need to reach out to them. If you read all the other complaints, no one gets any response. Can you provide any contact info for me? I an calling 888-971-2911, which is the only number I have. I am emailing them at [email protected]. Please let me know if you have any other contact info for me. This is a very dis-honest business from what I can see and they have taken lots of hard earned money from so many people. Please help me in any way possible to get my funds back. They want me to 'reach out to them to get this resolved' but they have no communication with me when I do try to contact them. I don't know what else to do, thank you, **************

On September 25, 2020, after being guaranteed money, I entered into an agreement with International Corporate Events Inc, to advertise and rent several of my free weeks I have from my timeshare. They swore they could rent these weeks out via corporate events. I know we are living in COVID times, but they have not worked very hard to get this done. This service cost me $2394. The company reached out on January 20, 2021 and again on April 19, 2021. The dates and facilities they were looking at were not available for their clients. I have called them at least 4 times since then to try and get my money back. Now when I call, I get the answering service and then am sent to extension 5555 to leave a message, which I cannot do because the mailbox is either full or not accepting messages.

On August 31, 2020 I was contacted by David F**** of ICE with a high pressure sales pitch to list my timeshare getaway weeks from Interval International through ICE for an initial investment of $2396 and a return of $8400 ($1400/week for 6 weeks). The estimated time for return on investment was 90 days, however the contract stated that it could take up to 180 days for completion of the rentals. I signed the contract and contacted the company at 90 days concerned that I had not yet received any written offers to rentals of my available weeks. At that time I spoke with Jordan in customer service, who stated that someone from their management team would contact me. After several days without a call I contacted the company, spoke with Jordan again, and he then told me that it seemed as though my rental weeks had never been registered in the system, and therefore were not being advertised for rental. He apologized for the error and stated that he would have it fixed right away, and I would immediately begin receiving offers (within the next two weeks). I received my first offer on December 16th, 2020, promptly submitted the rental availability via phone through their customer service team, and then never received follow up. Frustrated, I called in January of 2021 and was told that they would send me new offers. This process continued for months, and despite repeated requests and phone calls to their customer service team (and cumulative hours on hold) was never able to speak with anyone from management. In June of 2020 I hadn't received offers in two months - I called to address the situation and was told that my account had been accidently listed as "inactive." Once again I asked to speak to management and the only communication I received was "We're Sorry, no one is here today." The last rental offers were sent to me in November of 2021 and there has been no follow up. When I call the phone rings and no one picks up. I would like my $2396 refunded for lack of service.
