    September 10: Placed my order September 17: After receiving order and using product, determined it to be a bad batch and contacted NutraKey via email September 26: NK asked for lot number. I responded with the information.October 4: NK offered a replacement October 8: I accepted the offer and provided my shipping address October 15: I follow up because I havent heard back.October 19: I follow up because I havent heard back. October 23: NK lets me know theyre checking stock. October 28: I follow up because I havent received an update.October 30: NK lets me know theyll follow up with the fulfillment center for stock. October 31: I thank them and ask to be followed up with. November 11: I follow up because I havent heard back. November 8: NK lets me know the flavor I originally ordered is out of stock and offer a substitution. I responded, same day, with my choice. November 10: NK lets me know they created an order and will send me tracking info. November 17: I follow up because I have not received tracking. November 24: I follow up because I have not received tracking. December 4: I follow up because this is absolutely ridiculous.

    I placed my order almost a month ago. Apparently it was damaged in the shipping process and never made it to me. I was not notified, there was 0 communication. I had to email them as there is no number listed on the site. I received a reply from "cory" who then informed me my product had been damaged and said i would receive a new shipment. Well 3 weeks and again no communications and I had to reach out. "Cory" once again responds with more BS apologies and says they are on back order and my free shirt is no longer available in the requested size. He will pass my concerns along to management....RIGHT. Haven't heard a word from anyone but "Cory".... be wary

    Hey Amy! We can't thank you enough for your patience with the order. We are not notified in real-time when damages occur, but we are happy to refund or replace any damaged items in a shipment. If you would prefer to not wait during a back order period, we can also offer a swap for an item of comparable value, or again, a full refund for any backordered items. Please do not hesitate to speak with your support rep for additional options.
