I had the worst experience with the IERNA heating and cooling.I had made an appointment for a yearly check up on my AC with the above company . The appointment was made on 03/19/2024 for 05/09/2024, the first appoinmtment for the day . On 05/08/2024 , I had called to remind the company about my upcoming appointment The person on the phone was able to look up the appointment but told me that the appointment will be from 2p.m to 6pm and transferred my call to the dispatcher . The dispatch person ( on the phone) apparently a lady -- ***** or ***** not certain told me that the appointment will be between 1000 and 1400 .When I called on 05/09/2024 , the ****** on the phone told me that 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving I will get a text message .I got a text message at 1232 stating tat the technician is on the way.When no one showed up till 1330 , I called and was told by Ms ***** that the technician was about 1 hour away from my residence . At this point I was totally frustrated and had to cancel the appointment If I cannot trust a company to keep their word how can I trust them to maintain my AC I had to cancel my appointments etc to wait for the technician who did not show up. I would highly recommend that this company not be used .Trust is a very important part in running a business. Please spread the word that this company should not be trusted . I have not heard from any one yet. I do have to mention that ************ ( I hope I spelled it correctly) was very nice and also since he is a Veteran I would like to thank him for his services and his effort to attempt to resolve the matter, but nothing was resolved.Review from philip p

This is a rip-off company! They charged me $750 for 2 hours labor and did not fix my problem! My toilets were backed up so the tech removed a toilet and ran a snake down the drain and told me my septic tank was full. I guess they knew they had me in a desperate situation and took advantage of the situation. *********IERNA's Heating & Cooling Response

We had our AC unit replaced about two years ago. Last may we had an issue and they came out and told us they had to put in three pounds of Freon and fix the float switch. Last Saturday it acted up again, so we called and were told it would be the following Thursday to come out again. The funny thing is when you are on hold the message says same day service. My point is if it's warranty they don't care,but if you're spending they get right to you. By the way it was the float switch not installed right, another company fixed and I will never use Ierna againReview from Ken W

Got new hvac unit 1 month ago. System has shut off twice since then. This time off completely. When I called they cant send anybody for 1 week. Think about that when using IERNA heating and airReview from Joyce C

******************* , service technician for IERNAS came out yesterday afternoon to check why my AC quit working. I called yesterday afternoon and was able to get same day service, that was great. ** was very nice and thorough in doing his job & explaining things to me. I mentioned I'd worked in the trade for 27 years so I understood what he was saying from reading service tickets for years. Then he quoted me $ ****** for a run capacitor WHAT !!!! These are around $50.00 . I fully grasp a mark up on parts but what percentage of a mark up is that. Yes my unit is 22 years old & will need to be replaced eventually but it won't be by them.Review from Cecelia F

Lightning damaged our HVAC and of course it is miserable. Anthony explained what had happened and that Irena' s would have to order new parts and he assured us we would receive a phone call when the parts arrived. We recently encountered an air compressor problem that required the replacement of one of our air conditioning units. We reached out to Ierna’s for assistance, and they promptly dispatched Shannon to assess the situation. Shannon was punctual and provided clear guidance on the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Subsequently, Ryan and Bryan were assigned to install the new system. We were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, tidiness, and efficiency throughout the process. Ryan, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with the new thermostat and even took the initiative to address additional aspects of our system to improve its performance. The installation was completed in just a few hours, and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Having been loyal customers of Ierna’s for over 12 years, our confidence in their services has only grown stronger. Ryan's exceptional skills and attentive approach have made a significant impact on our overall experience. Thank you to ****** for the exceptional six-month HVAC service maintenance visit. I appreciate Iernas and always receive outstanding service from both the technicians and the customer service team. But a visit from ****** is always special! He is knowledgeable, super friendly and kind. And I really appreciated the extra safety precautions that were taken for me since I am immuno compromised. ****** performed some extra work after clearly explaining to me without any pressure how it would help my unit to be more efficient, promoting cost savings and prolong its life since I had purchased the system new from Iernas in 2018. Another wonderful experience with Ierna and this time for outdoor plumbing emergency! I didn't know I had a leak at my meter until the water department knocked on my door. Ierna sent ************ and ****** out to quickly handle it as painless as possible and didn't hurt my bank account to badly either. Definitely would recommend!!!
