I emailed Kristy ****** on 04/11/2022 at 2:06pm. I was inquiring about a fine that had been imposed for 1000 dollars for a tree that was planted on the outside of my gated home. I wrote Mrs. ****** because I had called and spoke with Mr. Davis on 13th at 2:25 he couldn't really explain to me what needed to be done just that a second notice was being sent to trim my tree. I then called gfm lawn services to come back out and trim my tree however the company was trimming everything that sat in the inside of my gated community . The lawn service company advised me to reach out to hoa because they didn't believe that I was responsible for a tree that was not sitting on my property. Mr. ****** then started emailing me back stating that it is my tree and that i signed agreement for the tree she became very rude and advised me that she don't believe I spoke with an attorney . After the back and forth between me and Mrs. ****** we sent 9 messages back and forth because I was basically telling her I didn't understand and she became upset. I honestly regret even going back and forth and feeling that it was ok for me to say how i felt about the situation because I didn't understand, however i must say since that i have received a notice literally every other week on 05/04/2022 I received a notice to clean mold on the side of my home. I called Mr. Davis again whom advised me he could only see the letters but it didn't indicate where exactly the mold was located on the home. So I just called a company and paid them 480 to come and just spray my whole house because I'm a single mother of 3 and I know that I couldn't afford a 1000 dollar after already struggling to pay the fine that was assessed for the tree that sits outside of my gated home. I received another notice on 05/16/2022 to clean the mold around my home meanwhile the mold was cleaned on 05/12/2022. After completing that I received a notice on 05/24/2022,05/27/22 06/27/22 stating to please clean my mailbox.

Due to covid I fail behind on a lot of my bills. I was unemployed receiving unemployment and a single mother of 3. Due to unfortunate set of circumstances that has caused me to become delinquent with a few of my bills, Ive reached out to South Pointe management requesting them to take back my debt from *********************** whom have attached all these fees and is requesting me to pay the amount in full by January 21,2022. I haven't been able to receive any help from either party when technically i owe maybe 1000 dollars for hoa fees. I've even advised the board of hoa that i have the amount that i owe for the hoa fees and i can pay that in full but I don't have 4300 hundred dollars and will not have 4300 dollars in 30 days. Attached is the letter i received after advising this law firm i could attempt to make payment this is what was emailed back to me.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/27) */ The Board follows its collections process. Since this is an ongoing collection matter the association is not able to respond as to the specifics of this matter to ensure there are no violations of Fair Dept. The resident is encouraged to contact its counsel with any concerns. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/02/22) */ I lost my Job In the beginning of 2020. I got behind on a lot of bills. I received a letter from South Point HOA/ ********* Law Firm stating I had a balance due of I believe 1800 no more then 2000. I wasn't working at the time so I tried to pay something. Mr. C. set me up on a payment plan for 263.00 every month meanwhile after advising him I wasn't unemployed and 6 months pregnant. I was able to make one payment but again I'm unemployed with 2 children and one on the way. I then received a foreclosure lien stating my house would go up for foreclosure December of 2021 and that a balance of 3 thousand and something needed to be paid. I emailed Mr. ** on 12/16/2021 begging to stop the foreclosure which he did and tagged on more fees now I'm at 4561.00 dollars that has to be paid by 02/25/2022. If I'm struggling why would you add on an additional 3 thousand in fees and expect me to pay it with no job. I filed my taxes which i will receive the First week of March i contacted Mr. ******** on 02/17/2022 requesting a 2 week extension and he emailed me back that Mr. ** declined and my house will sale 02/25/2022. This covid situation made finding a job really hard, but I'm trying to pay this and still feed my children. I just need a 2 week extension and at this point I don't know who to go to . I can never talk to anyone every one refers me to the next person I'm running in circles.
