    I signed a contract with morgan kitchen to remove and replace cabinets in my kitchen included in that was to tile the back splash replace facet counter top exhaust fan in February. In Late March a man came out measured said it would be a week till they started then be a week to two till they finished as I have a very small kitchen. Nothing happened End of April comes around a new person remeasures starts the job April 28 wrong size cabinets were ordered the wrong ones were ordered wrong handles ordered then tile was hung wrong some of the glass tiles were broken not even cut and they are so off on measurements not to mention they were not muded right. I currently have doors that dont open all the way some with no doors dishwasher not locked in place facet not tightened down or sensor hooked up pulls (which I had to go out to purchase because k**** were ordered instead of pulls) are still not on all the drawers slide outs are not installed in one pantry. Other so called pantry doesnt even have a door in the home looks like it belongs in a mub room. not all drawers are installed and doors are not even with each other nor do they all close all the way. Its now June job still not done and the company will not answer my phone calls if i get an answer im told we are trying to rework you into our schedule. My kitchen is a mess they do not want to come finish it nor release the contract so I can have someone else finish it.

    STAY AWAY! They told me I would receive a free quote that is good for one year. That "free" quote will cost you a contract signature, AND a cash deposit or a credit approval. Otherwise, the quote goes away when the rep leaves. Also, I was promised and it was written on my entry form I was to receive 50% off installation. Every time i brought it up, the rep ignored me and offered me her standard discounts for company marketing. I had part of a wall I wanted removed, and she got manager approval to do it. But she was a "Designer" not an installer or structural engineer, so she had no clue if it could be done or not. She kept telling me to ask the installer when he comes. Well I was pressured into signing the agreement in order for her to send me the installer. She told this was not high pressure sales... BS, making me sign the contract to keep a price and send an installer is high pressure to me. She was at my house for 5 hours until 11:30PM when she said we can continue in the morning. The next day I was approved so I called the company to schedule the engineer/installer. The whole project was depending on if the wall was load bearing or not and could be removed. When I called, spoke with Manager and asked for the engineer/installer to come on Saturday, which was the last day of my 3 day window to cancel. She said she understood my concern but was not going to send an installer on Saturday and she said they don't remove walls and she needed to talk to someone else. I was shocked that she was going to do nothing, she was purposely going to let my 3 days expire so I would be locked into the contract. She also pointed out that they are not responsible for anything the rep says and everything needs to be in writing. It should have been written that I wanted the installer out in 3 days, ridiculous! She told me how to cancel so now I have to write a letter and mail it to them. Complete waste of time and my credit took a hit. And their sign is in my yard!

    Please note that nobody was forced to sign any contract. Our contracts clearly state that no verbal agreements will be accepted and that all agreements must be in writing, as indicated on line 1 in bold red letters.
    We regret any misunderstanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused. It appears that your contract was successfully canceled, which we are glad to hear.
