This location lacks integrity and has significant opportunities with communication. Even when in writing, they do not stand by their agreements, on multiple occasions claimed someone else at the location "doesn't know what they are talking about" and/or gave incorrect information. I would strongly encourage other take their business to a location that stand by their (written) word and the word of their employees For background, I have included some of the specific details on their review on ******* I was going back and forth with this location for a Dodge Ram 1500. There was a rebate live March-April 1st the made a sizable impact on the price. I live about 4 hours from the location, and with a location closed on Easter, it required a bit of planning, 1st thing in the AM 4/1, I reconnected with the salesmen regarding availability and to reconfirm pricing, the salesman sated the price would be honored including the rebate on 4/3 (first convenient date I could make it). On multiple occasions I asked that he confirm the pricing would be the same including the rebate that supposedly ended 4/1, and on multiple occasions he sated yes it would with only exception being if someone else purchased first. Even though the location stated I could put a deposit down to hold the truck, the salesman stated they "didn't know what they were talking about" and they do not do deposits because "what if someone else is willing to pay more before I make it there. Had he been honest that they could not honor the price, or actually researched the rebate as he said he did, i would have dropped everything to make it in time. If someone sated urgency is not needed, then i am to believe this is true. The truth does not seem to matter here. Even though these exchanges are in writing, the salesman and the manager told me i am out of luck and there is nothing they are willing to do to honor their communication. Very rude all around. I think ******* has text message agreement to be legally binding

Bought a Dodge Durango Citadel in 2018 from another Ferman Dealership. Vehicle was great, decided to use this dealership for services since it was closer to where I lived. Huge mistake! To start, the first issue arose in 2019 when I got a flat tire and had the tire replaced under warranty here. Upon receiving my vehicle back I knew immediately something wasnt right with the steering as it shook horribly after 55 mph. Had to take it back 2 more times and fight with them to have the tires simply balanced. Second issue: Jan 2020 the water pump goes out at 38k miles. Again, I had it towed to the dealership. Water pump was covered under warranty. They gave us a loaner vehicle which happened to be a new jeep, I picked it up early that morning and it was dark and raining. Didnt notice anything until I got home and saw German cockroaches all over in the vehicle, it had less than 4k miles and was trashed. Nasty food stains on the seats, driver side door was tore up where it looked like someone had locked the keys in and messed the door up. The center console had left over food in it from some fast food place and was covered in roaches. I contacted the dealership and they sent someone out to swap the vehicle. I never received an apology or anything for my inconvenience even though I almost infested my home with roaches. Most recent issue. I took it in for a normal oil change service check. Within a few days after my vehicle started making funny noises like it did when the water pump went out. Turns out the mechanics took off a cap on what looks to be an oil cooler line or something connected to the thermostat and never replaced it. Water pump now appears to be burnt out again. Now they tell me they dont have a loaner vehicle to offer because of Covid and the supply chain issues. So, even though this resulted from their incompetence I am stuck with no vehice and another repair cost along with vehicle rental. I will be pursuing options for further action against them

I have purchased/leased four vehicles out of this dealer, with the last one being the first used one and the ones that has given me nothing but problems. I've had it for three weeks and it has been at the service dept more than at my house. I called and asked for a sales manager with the intention of returning it and spoke to Bob B. who only wanted to get me off his line to the service dept. He was rude, he raised his voice and wanted nothing to do with me. Never once empathized or addressed the fact that I am considering returning the car.

Worst dealership ever, offered me $7k less than they told me the day before to get me there and jacked the priced of their car up $14k and added a bunch of fees which would have been fine without the absolute lies, deception and lack of any actual knowledge about the buying process or just a bunch of scamming losers who hate living in Lutz and take it out on the world, con'd into driving a hundred $'s gas out of my trade they lied about with no car to show for it, and I would have bought the car if anyone in the process told the truth, Salesman Sacca do not believe a word he says to you, and whoever his manager is should either no about his lies or if it all came from him he should go, whoever owns this deceptive, shameful excuse for a czar dealer, you're the reason people hate car dealers, sales managers, sales people, etc. STAY AWAY FROM FERMAN DODGE 100% OF THE TIME,WORSE I'VE EVER SEEN AND I'VE TRADED AND BOUGHT 40+ VEHICLES IF THEY HAD ZERO GOLD STARS, IT WOULD BE A GOOSE EGG FOR THIS PLACE
