    Additional Info:
BBB conducted an investigation based on consumer complaints and/or Scam Tracker submissions received, alleging concerns with the business operating as a potential employment scam posing as Zelle. Specifically, the business required the potential employee to : make purchases using their personal account on the business behalf; receive overpaid reimbursement for said purchases; asked to send overpayments back to the business; download multiple apps for digital wallets and cryptocurrency monitoring. BBB recommends to beware of jobs that involve receiving and forwarding money.

I have been scammed by individuals, impersonating themselves as Zelle employees in Pittsburgh, PA & North Dade, FL: Jamir Steve (aka Princess; ***************@gmail.com); Fark Han (aka "Sam" XXX-XXX-XXXX;**********@hotmail.com); The Millenial Globals, LLC (18489 N US Highway 14, Unit 2007, Lutz, FL XXXXX;agent Mr. Dinesh Kittusamy) and Jacob (XXX-XXX-XXXX). On 6/15, I posted an item on FB marketplace for $150. On 6/16, I was contacted via Instagram by "Princess". Princess wanted to buy the item and asked to pay w/Zelle. Since I didn't have a Zelle account, I opened one. I received an email from Zelle indicating that Princess sent me $150 + $300; I would have to return $300 back and my "business" account would be opened. After receiving that email, I was sent $300. As I thought this very odd, I sent Princess back the $300. On 6/17, I contacted Zelle @ X-XXX-XXX-XXXX to see if I could get my $450 back. I was connected to Fark Han, "Sam", and during that conversation, he asked me to download the following apps: Mydesk, Nexo, Coinbase, Crypto.com, and Metamask. He asked me to turn on Mydesk and go to my bank app on my Iphone. From 6/17-6/20, Sam called every day and had me conduct tether transactions totaling $50,000 through Nexo using my debt card and bank account thru the Mydesk app. On 6/21, he called to conduct more transactions; I told him NO and that I wanted my $50k back immediately. On 6/23, Sam called to finalize my refund, but 1st I would have to wire $50k to The Millennials Global LLC. In desperation, I wired the $50k. On Friday, I called Sam to see when I would be receiving my $100k; Sam stated I would have to wire another $50k. I told Sam I knew I was being scammed and stopped communicating with him. On 6/27, Jamir Steve tried calling and since I would not return the calls, I received a text from Jacob stating he was from the "Zelle Team" and wanted to send my money back. I texted back stating I had been scammed and knew they were not Zelle.
