I was seeing and being treated by ************************** for around 5 months. Then in the beginning of January I try to make an appointment and can't reach her. So I keep calling. A few days later I call again. Needless to say she left town or left her practice without informing anyone. She was prescribing me two different controlled substances. She left me without medication for an extended period of time. Unacceptable.Business response

This response was taken verbally by BBB:
I closed my practice 12/10/2022 and informed all of my clients well in advance. I explained they would need to find another provider that accepts their insurance and could do so my calling the number on the back of their insurance card. There is nothing further I can do as I am no longer in practice and again gave plenty of notice to all my patients.
