If I could give him no stars I would. We signed a contract with ******************************** (*****) on 6/2021 but not until late November and permit was obtained. We were put off in 2022 due to Olympus pools he supposedly agreed to finish on those contracts. We are now going on 2 years and the job is still not complete. Pool is in and travertine, but work is not complete. Grout under coping, vent pipes, umbrella hole does not have a cover, hole in skimmer basket is full of sand. Final inspection was red tagged on July 10th and it has yet to be cleared - INCOMPLETE REQUIRED INSPECTION (POOL DECK) NEED ENGINEER LETTER NO ENCLOSURE AT THIS TIME REVISE SAFETY BARRIER AFFIDAVIT TO INCLUDE POOL ALARM. We also are supposed to have a cage installed but that has been delayed due to the price of cage materials - he wants to increase the price over the contracted price that he signed with us. He is taking on more jobs leaving us high and dry without completing our pool. Every week he says he will be by, but he never shows. He also told us that if we hired a lawyer, he would just file bankruptcy and we would lose out anyway. All in all, the work he has done has been mediocre at best. He was recommended by a person we know. I will personally never recommend him to anyone.Review from Nicole C

The owner agreed to bring me dirt for free. When he got there he came alone leaving me to help him back in. He clipped the gate. Then left the dirt right where the gate closes. I have to rent a machine to move the dirt. Meanwhile my gate is stuck open and I have dogs in the yard. He left never saying sorry. Then when we called him he said we will call it even since I didn't pay for dirt.

As a courtesy to my actual customer- who is not the complainant referenced above- I delivered a load of free dirt an hour out of my way to Nicole, the complainant. I told Nicole when I got there I didn't think I would be able to drop the load of dirt there as it was a tight fit for my dump trailer. She said I had plenty of room and would guide me in- even cutting a tree branch hanging by the fence. My only involvement is this situation was dumping the dirt that she, Nicole, wanted- there was no discussion of moving it for her. As for the fence, she made no mention that I hit the fence while I was there. she texted me after I left that the fence wouldn't close and she did not need any additional loads of dirt. She called me later that night and said I had hit her fence. The person who wrote this complaint isn't a customer of nor was work was performed for her by Clear Perfection Pool and Spa, LLC. There was no payment for the dirt nor the delivery of the dirt.Review from A. A.

We signed our pool contract in March 2021. The work started in May 2021. It was going well until our pool contractor decided to take on 14 Olympus pool jobs which delayed our pool project. The pool was filled with water in January 2022 and the screen was installed in March 2022. Everything is pretty much done except our inspections and our permit has now expired. We have worked with the pool contractor and been patient for far too long. Eddie S**** is no longer returning our calls nor working towards resolving the permits with the county. It is disappointing and frustrating. Eddie seems to be chancing money instead of providing quality customer service. Negative feedback spreads quicker than positive in the social media world we live in and this behavior will catch up to him and impact his business.Customer Response

Update: Eddie has resolved the permit issue and apologized for the delays. We have been enjoying the pool since Feb of 2022 and are relieved to have the permits finalized and closed.
