6/14/202 rented 3 months prepaid for RV parking at Encore Winter Quarters Pasco RV Resort ***** SR 54 **** *******. Rate listed on website from 950 per month. Invoice for rental is attached.I will be sending a letter to the property owner listed NHC-FL11, L.P. ******** *************** (deed between Winter Quarters, ***** ************* North, **************, **. *****) to the resort itself, Carefree Property Mezz 1 LLC and to NATIONAL REGISTERED AGENTS, ************************************************************************************** I am now being told if I had booked one month at a time it would have been $950 per month. Again, nothing on the website regarding price difference if renting daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Only when I questioned it then the rules are being told to me at their convenience. I want my deposit back. I never agreed to pay over **** per month. I would have gotten an apartment for that. If you try and book now, it still indicated from $959 per month; I attempt to book and it still does not reflect that price may change. I want the deposit of $750 back.Business response

Dear ****************, thank you for reaching out regarding your recent stay. It is our understanding that you were aware of the full rate for your RV site at the time of booking, based on the copy of the confirmation email you provided. Rates at our resort fluctuate regularly based on a number of factors and rates are listed as from $# on our booking website. At the bottom of our booking website is a notice that states Electric not included for stays of 30 days or longer. The $750 deposit you paid for your site at the time of booking was not a security deposit, but a portion of your full balance used to hold your site. This was marked as such on the confirmation email attached to your complaint (site price is listed as $3,746.17 minus the $750.00 deposit paid to hold your reservation with a remaining balance due at check in of $2,996.17), and this was also explained to you during your conversations with the resort manager, call center teams, and regional manager at the end of your stay.
