            Charged for 18 yards of dirt. Delivered half that amount. Refused to correct issue. Was told to pay in cash so they wouldn't charge sales tax. This business is committing fraud to customers and to the state of Florida. Internal Revenue Service has been contacted and receipts and videos sent to them for an investigation. Stay away from this business or else they will cheat you and the community.

            We did deliver 18 yards of fill that was brought out buy owner of company. Customer called and said he was 2 yards short which again dirt was loaded by owner. When dumped sometimes the amount may appear smaller because of the way if comes out of the truck and spreads out. Now in this complaint he says we shorted him half of a load? There is no way we would have brought a customer only half of the amount ordered. We have been in business since 1989. I do not operate my business to take advantage of people.

            We do offer a cash price and a credit card to cover credit card fees. Unfortunately, you cannot please everyone. I am sorry he feels this way.
