I purchased this water system right after moving into a new development a few years back. The water is pretty bad in the area so we had no problem purchasing a water system. They sales associate was going door to door sales so we set up an appointment and he went over the system and warranty. Recent system failure happened and we tried reaching out by email and the phone number associated with the paperwork but we got zero response. We actually got a disconnected message from the phone number online.Initial Complaint

I got a water system from Excel water system company in **** ** and have been trying to reach them because the water system stop working, but we found out they have been closed. Now we just want them to come pick up the water system so we don't have to pay anymore.Initial Complaint

I have paid for maintenance on my system and called,I have also emailed the owner and he ask for proof. I have sent him proof after that he will not answer my emails or nothing im taking him to court for everything to be removed,because if something goes wrong with my plumbing he can't help because he is permanently closed.Initial Complaint

I was trying to contact Excel Water to have my system serviced. I tried calling phone numbers of the salesperson from whom I purchased back in 2019. No one answered and mailbox hasn't been set up so I could not leave a message. I then went on the website and attempted to call the phone number listed but it says it's out of service. Now I'm making payments on a system that's not working and don't have anyone to contact in order to have it serviced. All I want is it to be service since I am paying for it.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Excel Water Systems to no avail. I have one of their systems and per my receipt I was to get salt delivery when I next needed it. I finally am down enough to need some and have not been able to contact them. The phone number on the website comes up as out of service. I tried the contact email and never got a response. I tried the contacts I had for them and ALL of them no longer work there.Initial Complaint

I purchased a water filtration system from this company in 2021. They added a service in which they are supposed to come and service the system and refill the salt in the tank. The first year was rough but they would at least answer their phone sometimes and came out 3 times to service my system. One of the employees gave me a slip as a receipt that I was serviced on that platinum package but it was not a renewal. He reiterated that even though it said it was a renewal it was not and that I did not have to worry about it. When I found out that indeed it was a renewal fee of $399 I tried contacting them and the financing company which resulted in nothing. Last year (2022), they hired an answering service to handle all of their calls which never provided any results since no one called back or reached out to service the system. I have been trying to reach them for months but it appears they have disconnected all communication with customers. I dont know what to do because its $399 that I am not receiving service on. They have been shady from the beginning and all of the ****** reviews align with this complaint. Any help would be appreciated.Initial Complaint

I cannot get ahold of Excel Water Systems. I have been trying for several months to get a technician out to look at my system to no avail. I've tried calling several times in the past and now, their automated system simply takes you to their voicemail and states that the mailbox is full (so you cannot leave a message). This even occurs when you try contacting sales!Terrible. All I need is someone to service my system.Customer response

My complaint regarding Excel Water Systems must have been heard by someone! The very next day after I filed the complaint, a rep reached out to me and eventually came out and fixed my system.

Excel Water Systems provide water softening systems and sold one to a new construction lot a few years ago. I as well as others bought the system for better water in the ** area. We were sold the following - Water ********** ******* Plan Totaling about 6k in costs. The service plan covers the warranty and maintenance of the device. I cannot get a hold of anyone to fix a system this company installed. I hope that this complaint can get this company to respond to my request for service.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to get ahold of this company to service the water system. I've been unsuccessful trying to get a hold of anybody. I've emailed no response, I've left reviews on ******* but my comments have been removed.
