In June 2023, I contacted budget blinds of Spring Hill to finish the plantation shutters in my home. Salesperson arrived a little small talk showed what I wanted and where. One was replaced in the master bath, and wanted shutters in the office, guest bedroom and kitchen. While discussing these I showed him the master bedroom shutters that I wanted. All the shutters in my home have the lever to open and close all the shutters at the same time, which is what was to be on the shutters. When the owner installed these shutters I saw that there were no lever and asked. I get some mumbo jumbo and shows me the order, which now has writing in red ink added to it. I called a few days later and spoke with his wife. I received no response. On 08-23-23, I sent an email and get a phone call. Obviously doesnt want anything in writing. Claims he going to replace the STOLEN shutter and replace the shutters in the master bath, office and guest bedroom. Get a call on 09-08-23, cant replace shutters without replacing the shutter and trim (LIE) and tries to give a work around. Well as of today 01-13-24, Ive heard nothing. Time to take ACTION!Business response

Tell us why here...
We do not understand why the customer was unhappy, even though we did our work per installation order as he requested, and the customer was happy with the installation. After we received the email, we talked to the customer and offered to add complementary wands to the shutters free of charge. Unfortunately, the parts were backordered and just been received.
Please see the email that was sent to the customer in regard to the issue below:
Our reply to the customer:
"*************** to your email, just to clarify a few points as follows:
Our installation per your order was installed and our work was done back in August 9th 2023,
You were HAPPY and SATISFIED with the shutters and our service. We got a call from you few days later asking why the shutters do not have a lever (wand). I have to explain that all our work was done according to the contract agreed and signed between us on June 23rd 2023. We explained to you that All our installation was per the shutter order, and you were happy then.
I offered to install a wand (lever) to all three shutters as you requested at my own expense but I have to order the items, and because of the holiday season,were backordered. We just got the wands and are ready for your installation.
As far as your old shutters We asked you if you wanted us to dispose of it, and you said YES. This common practice we offer to our customer to clean after our work.
If you want us to do our complementary installation of the wands, please let us know as soon as possible so we can schedule a time for installation."Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the shutters I ordered to replace the master bath and install in the office and guest bedroom were to include the lever that opens and closes all the shutters all at once. You've FAILED to provide what was ordered. I was happy with the shutters in the kitchen,which were what was ordered. I said something to you on install and you acted like an idiot pointing to the order,now with red ink added to it. I called got no response and sent an email, to which you did respond with a phone call. You've done more lying than anything else. Additionally, you walked out of here with the shutter you replaced in the master bath. You neither asked nor did I express I didn't want it. We had worked out you replacing the shutters, then calling and feeding me some BS. After talking in September, I've not heard from YOU until I started raising ****. I'm sure you were hoping I'd disappear, but like our last encounter you still don't understand. NOT sure if this is some kind of payback or youre trying to take advantage of a senior. Either way it doesnt much matter at his point! I won't give up until you provide me what I ordered!
