No show on first day they were to start & no call. Scheduled a lift for window installation that they said should work and didn't & cost us $150. Second lift sat for 4 hours before they showed up as they were supposed to be early that day. This lift cost us $639.86 for the day & they used for 3 hours. Broke my chiminea in the yard moving lift around & NEVER replaced after 11 months & reminders to do so. The damage on the window frames & windowsills inside the home due to installation was horrific. I have caulking everywhere on outside window frames on basically every window they installed as well as cut window trim. Very sloppy work! The one door we paid the 50% deposit for was never ordered as they forgot & then 8 months later blamed it on their distributor. Came to install the door in September 2022 but wouldn't install it because we weren't going to pay them any more money until the job was complete. Luckily Hurricane Ian took a turn & didn't hit us as my door would have blown off & we had to bring plywood up to bedroom porch to be prepared. Gave a glossy paint example for paint needed for interior window damage that needed to be repainted & purchased a flat/matte paint instead. No painters tape used and painted parts of the new windows and window locks that were installed along with other parts of the windows that shouldn't have paint on them. I have damaged hardi board on the outside of house where damage shouldn't have been done & have brown paint in areas it shouldn't be. I have scratches inside two window sashes that need to be replaced and an inch long etched scratch on the new door just installed. We have absolutely nothing good to say about this contractor besides having no business installing windows. It makes us sick to see the damage & sloppiness done. We even waited 11 months for work we brought up to then back in March 2022 that was unacceptable & needed to be fixed that still hasn't been fixed and won't be now that we have FIRED them.
