I brought my 2011 Grand Sport Corvette to this shop because I had diagnostics that I mentioned to the George, the business representative that was running the shop on Thursday, June 29. The shop called me about 3 hours after I dropped off the car to tell me that they did not see anything wrong with it. I explained to George that I left the diagnostic tool in the passenger seat, and the diagnostic tool will show the error codes that were being triggered. He said they would take a look and get back to me. They called me again on Friday, June 30 to let me know that they found the issue and repaired it. They also were going to replace the thermostat and perform the coolant flush as requested. I picked up my car on Friday, June 30 at 3:45 PM. During the drive home, I noticed a smell of coolant fluid, and I thought that maybe it was because it was new fluid and the smell would subside. On Saturday, July 1, I noticed a puddle of coolant fluid in the floor of my garage because the car was leaking from the work they performed. I decided to re-run the diagnostics, and the diagnostic triggered a new code that was not there until this shop worked on my car. The new code indicates that it is a severe diagnostic that requires repair as soon as possible. I immediately brought my corvette to the dealership, and I left a ****** review for this shop. I searched for the diagnostic repair online, and I find that the car's power control module will need to be replaced and the replacement needs to be programmed to the factory settings. Meaning that the car's computer system has been broken, and it now needs the computer replaced and programmed. The dealer is also looking into the work this shop did in my cooling system. This service is unacceptable and I need this company to issue a refund or cover the bill from the dealership with the latter being my preference.

      Dear Sir/ ma'am

I did receive this message on 7/06/2023 at 9.54 am, Mr ******** contacted me by phone later that day @3 pm, I spoke with him in great detail how the repairs to his corvette would not cause the issue that the dealer was desribing, ie;he was told that the water pump was leaking, also that the PCM code listed has nothing to do with the antilock brake module. I also asked if he had reached back to us concerning his issues after picking the car upand since we should no calls form his number listed with us, and he said no he just took it to the dealer, I informed him that if he would like, I would be more than happy to look the car over since Mr ******** was receptive to our converstaion and I did not mention the fact That I recived a complaint with the BBB. Mr ******** called back on Friday and told my staff that he was having the car towed to us and would like us to look at it. Apon its arrival I looked the car over for his complaints and documented by video the thermostat the he provided was leaking from the gasket and the leak he was looking for had nothing to do with the waterpump that he was told and expected to replace at the Dealer where the car was and sent the video to him. Mr ******** understood and i told him i would be more than happy to take care of that issue with no labor charge at all, but i would like him to print a retraction of his accusations agianst my company filed with the BBB were incorrect and unfounded, which he told me then he was doing that day.

I conclusion Mr ******** was nice enough to give us a chance to prove our honesty and integrity which I am thankful for since it is not a practice nowadays, if you have any questions or further concerns please feel free to contact me.

      Regards

      Robby H*****
