The bank makes simple concerns a Hugh problem. They get to doing as it pleases them and not care what the customer wants. Few months ago my online banking will not allow me to log into my account and notifying me at that same time that l must change my account password. I refused because it was not very long They had me to change it. So l stop going online and they use to be my main bank and no more. I do limited transactions with them since. Now they sent letter a branch in ******* that while shopping l opened an account. Now that branch is closing and the man will not speak to me without a keyword which l never was asked for before whenever l called. I had to verify myself then he telling me my keyword. I was shocked. I said that could not be the keyword because that is my account password. Apparently they decided to use my password to my account as keyword so in so doing l was locked out my mobile banking cause they want me to give a new password. They decide without my permission. I would not use my account password as key word to speak to a rep. Now the want to move my account to a location across town and refuse to put it at the branch l bank with always behind my house.
The man l spoke to was very abrasive with me on the phone. I had the same house address when l opened the account so why not move me near my zip code. Customer service is not demonstrated when you make these decisions for the customer that is not convenient for them. I am not happy with how they do not get authorization from customers as opposed to doing what they feel like and it's non debatable. It's like it or not we do what we want.

Axiom's VP-Retail Banking spoke with the customer about the issues she faced when calling our customer service center. The customer received the notification letter that her local branch is slated to close in late January 2022. The branch that her account was being transferred to was too far from her home. During the conversation, she mentioned that another branch was closer, so we assigned her to the branch closest to her home. The customer also had concerns that she was being asked to change her online banking password multiple times. We researched her issue and found that her password was saved through her computer and the cache memory needed to be deleted. The customer appreciated the phone call and is happy that she is now assigned to the branch of her choice.
