Horrible and embarrassing and very unprofessional l was suppose to receive a deluxe deep cleaning package and what I got was unexplainable. The counter was left dirty there was no thorough wiping of the inside counters in which I was told they not supposed to do that anyway the tub was left dirty the patio had dirt and smut on the chairs that they were supposed to clean. It looked okay when I first walked in but when I really took a look at it I was surprised. A part of the counter was left untouched.After thinking about it.I was supposed to receive a cleaning on the patio that was left with a lot of dust and dirt on the ground of the patio That was supposed to be swept out and as they were about to leave I asked him are you going to wipe down my chairs so she went out and went down the chairs and I asked if she did the cabinets I was told later by the owner that they don't wipe off the inside cabinets I spent about an hour preparing taking everything out of my cabinets so they could clean it only to discover that that's something they're not supposed to do.When I brought to the attention that I was supposed to receive the deluxe cleaning one of the cleaners said they don't communicate with us and we didn't know that you were supposed to receive a deluxe cleaning.I should have known something wasn't right when they continuously respond to that late about follow-up appointments on the quoted price and explaining what I would receive for the cleaning. One of the owners was getting upset raising her voice when I was calmly trying to speak with her about the issue. I had a lady who cleaned my apartment in the past could do it in 3 hours spotless but the owner is telling me that it's a 6-hour job and that's why they couldn't complete the job! My apartment is 174 square foot. I told ththem to just take the money and go. I will never use their service ever again!!
