      My vehicle was taken in to the dealership with a complaint of an oil-burning smell on January 5th. During this period, a tech noted a bad turbo and water pump and replaced both. At pickup I noted the smell that we took it in for was still present. The service advisor stated that I should drive it for some time because it was probably from the turbo leak.At the end of January I called back to state the oil-burning smell was still present and had actually gotten worse. I took the vehicle back and the dealership had the vehicle for another 2 weeks at which time they stated that they found a cracked valve cover. This was replaced.Now I am getting engine hesitation, check engine lights and loss of power.I left a voicemail for the service manager ***** which has not yet been returned. I would like to have a loaner vehicle made available, and repairs made, as well as my deductible refunded and previous rental car charges reimbursed.

      This is a I don't care about you company believe me! I called on Friday afternoon around 1:40pm to see about getting a refund on my gap since I refinanced my truck with the credit union and got a better interest rate and shortened the years, therefore I had equity in my truck and was told I didn't need it so considering I paid $895 for the gap it was worth getting it. Well the finance manager said he would email the form to sign and send back but (now mind you this is 1:40pm) he couldn't send out until Monday due to the accounting department was closed and it takes six to ten weeks to get your refund from the time they receive it. Thinking 1:40 in the afternoon was hard to believe they were closed so I waited a few minutes then called back and ask for the accounting department sure enough a lady answered and said they were open until 5:00 pm. LIAR big time I called back on Monday and ask to speak to the General Manager Jason voicemail of course no return call and I called back today (Tuesday) left another message for Jason still no call back! This is a poor way of doing business so be careful what you get extra on your vehicle cause they will put you through the ringer off you want a refund longer they play around less money you get back. Will never buy another vehicle from this place my husband's truck is paid off and we are thinking of trading it in for a car for me cause I can hardly get in the truck without help since my cancer diagnosis and need a car Chevrolet is looking better every day don't need the hassle that you get at Peacock Ford! I will not stop until I get my refund!
