01/06/2023 $249.95 Visited this establishment looking for a gift for my daughters birthday, A late present. It was right before closing about 6pm. Another customer was attempting to check out and the store rep said that the credit card machine "blew up". Against my better judgement I listened to the chipper store rep who said everything was back online and give her a few Moments to check me out. I purchased a ******** switch, swiped my card got my receipt and left. The game actually ended up being cracked on the blue controller my daughter pointed out. About 9oclock pm I noticed a unrecognized phone number calling me multiple times. It was the chipper store rep who was frantic saying that they couldn't located my transaction. I told her I would be in the next day with the item and reciept. The next day the store manager Juan called me multiple times as well, I told him I would be in later that day. He told the issue would be rectified. I came into the store the after work to return Item and was told I could not due to their system glitch. I called my card company in front of Juan on speaker phone and allowed him to hear the transaction even provided him with a number to my bank he could contact himself. Juan did absolutely nothing but blame his higher ups. Ive had no email responses from said higher ups or any updates. I have yet to hear back from them I am now out of $250 with a busted Video game.
