On 2/9/2024 I order online an order for different items including babyback ribs and a side of coleslaw. Pictured on their website was a "quantity of 1" stack of ribs showing 5+ slabs of ribs. When opened the bag at home I found 2 small slabs. In addition I ordered a side of coleslaw. When I opened that container I was appalled of what I got instead of what is pictured on their website. I wrote to the company and they pawned me off to to the store about the coleslaw but said they couldn't or wouldn't do anything about the ribs. "I got what I paid for" is what they said. I feel I didn't get what I ordered and looked at the website several times and feel it is deceptive and misleading. The coleslaw was right out fraud. A local rep called me the other day and was useless. Arrogant he asked if he got me 2 or 3 more bowls of the coleslaw would that be acceptable. I stated "NO" , I did not eat not nor would I eat what they served. This dish is not even close to what is advertised and what I ordered. He mention that the office explained the ribs and that matter was resolved. I corrected him say it was not and again explained my feelings. He pretty much said too (like the office) " I got what I paid for". I informed him I wanted a refund for the meal and he asked "do I still have the product". Now he is agitating the situation. Then he asked if I was the type of guy going around complaining about other restaurants "do you say anything if ****************** don't match their menu?" This is when I realize he is not trying to resolve the issue. Bottom line, I always liked Sonny's, first time ordering like this and feel I was ripped off and want a refund or the very least a $100 coupon for future meals because of all this added time and aggravation this issue has grown into. And ..... correct the advertisements on their website.
