This company is fantastic! The properties are absolutely beautiful and located in the Florida Keys, some of them right on the Gulf of Mexico! I'd recommend anybody looking for a great deal on a dream vacation should go ahead and give Mike and Mary a call!

We have rented exclusively from Dolphin Vacations for going on 10+ years for a reason - the WONDEFUL customer service provided to us! The location of the properties and the fun times we have while we're there are also a reason, and a big bonus!! **************** and honest and open communication has always been a priority for them. They have always worked with us to make sure we have a great time no matter what the weather or what was going on in Marathon and the Keys -- including after hurricanes and other weather related situations out of anyone's control. Including most recently over the Christmas holiday when the entire country was under a deep freeze. On Christmas morning the mini-split in one of the rooms was only blowing cold air (I know cold air in ** is generally a welcome thing except when it's 50 degrees and 20mph winds on the water). Since we're not familiar with mini-splits we called to ask if there was a trick or something we needed to do. On Christmas morning they immediately sent someone over, and when the issue was beyond an easy fix they advised they would get repairs done as soon as possible. Even though everything else was working fine and we advised we felt we could manage for a couple of days until the weather warmed up, they brought over a couple of space heaters to use in the meantime. This is the type of people they are AND always have been. We love the wonderful customer service and properties we rent from the folks at Dolphin Vacations and will definately continue to come back and see them again next year and for many years to come.I don't for one second believe the review from ************** as Dolphin Vacations has always put our enjoyment and our safety of the properties we have rented from them above money.
