      My company had Answering Service Care as our answering service for our medical practice from approximately January 2023 to October 2023. They were incredibly irresponsible with our messages. We had countless messages never delivered to us. We have a clinical practice along with long term care patients that are in facilities. Fortunately our facilities knew how to contact our mobile numbers because the service was not delivering several of our messages. I reached out many times to try to have them correct their administrative issues but it took me over 3 weeks to get a supervisor on the phone. At the end nothing was resolved. The last straw was when our messages weren't being delivered to us for a solid 2 weeks because the operators had an issue with the telephone lines and would tell our patients they were dialing the wrong telephone number. The operators didn't even know our providers names to redirect calls.

      I wanted to give a quick thanks to the team at Answering Service Care. I was having trouble finding an answering service that could meet the needs of patients and previously had not much luck finding a provider. There was a great sales rep who walked me through the options and answered my questions. I was a bit hesitant if the service provided would match what ******* said, but signed up and have nothing but positive things to say. My patients are happy that they are able to speak to knowledgeable people when it is after office hours. I am pleased my time is now freed up to focus more on patient care and it is nice to begin enjoying family dinners without being interrupted by phone calls as frequently. Thanks for helping me manage the calls for my practice!

      Answering Service Care LLC performance in the first 2 weeks was devastating to my company. In their first week of maintaining our phone system after hours, they incorrectly called and left a message for an employee who was not on call. Answering Service Care was supplied a spreadsheet of exactly who the on call technician was on each night but somehow their staff got it wrong. 3 hours after leaving this voicemail with the incorrect person, they failed to follow up with that technician and the back up phone number was never notified either. It wasn't until my customer of 20+ years called me directly stating he placed a service call for the senior care facility and 3 hours later had not even a response let alone a technician come to get the heat going again. I notified Answering Service Care, Jessica V, and her response was "I am so sorry to hear about the issue you had last night. I see that our professional services team acknowledged the change so I am not sure what transpired. I've included our Client Experience team in this email to help clarify". I did not receive any word from this team. The very next week, another incident where one of my customers called Answering Service Care and didnt even get a live person. Their request went to voicemail and my technician was not notified of this call. After the first incident I figured maybe just a blunder but after the second incident in as many weeks, there was no doubt Answering Service Care will no longer be part of my companies operations. I let them know we were cancelling their service for obvious reasons and their response was "ok, but you still owe us for another months payment". Don't walk away from this company, run!
