I am currently experiencing an issue with a order I placed, I believe some time early December, 2022, with your candle company via phone. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the ordered candle, and it appears that my card was not charged for the transaction either. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and would appreciate it if someone could provide me with an explanation regarding the missing items and the absence of charges on my card. I have already submitted over 20 invoices in regard to this situation. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.Business response
