On March 30th, at 2:41 pm, I visited Luv Car Wash, conveniently located near my residence. As a subscriber to their services for the past two months, I opted for a car wash before embarking on a trip to ******** for the Easter weekend, albeit running slightly behind schedule. Towards the conclusion of the car wash procedure, during the blow-drying phase aimed at removing water from the vehicle's roof, water unexpectedly infiltrated the interior on the passenger side, resulting in moisture dripping onto my spouse. Our attempts to mitigate the ingress of water are evident in any surveillance footage available for review. Subsequent examination of the vehicle revealed indications of the right side of the sunroof being displaced, presumably due to the force exerted by the blower apparatus. On April 2nd, approximately at 1 pm, I revisited the car wash establishment and engaged in a discussion with **** and *******. Based on my observation, it appeared that ******* held a superior position to ****. However, I found *******' customer service to be significantly below satisfactory standards. Despite my attempts to explain the situation regarding the pushed-in sunroof, ******* prematurely dismissed my concerns, asserting that the issue might be attributed to blocked drains surrounding the sunroof, which I can confirm were not obstructed. ******* adamantly contended that the compromised integrity of the sunroof seal was a consequence of age-related wear and tear, asserting that no other vehicles had experienced similar issues. However, we maintain that this incident is an isolated occurrence directly attributable to the force exerted by the car wash's blower. Consequently, we firmly believe that the car wash bears responsibility for the resulting damage and should cover the costs of repair. They gave me an incident report form completed denying all liability. I would like my sunroof repaired so that my vehicle is not damaged again by any future water penetration.
