Top Notch Pool Service has been servicing my pool for several years. Their technician has always been polite and professional. Recently, the pool has experienced several weeks of issues which *****/dark green algae would form all over the plaster surface. I notified the technician of this problem and that the jets were low in flow and asked that he clean the filter. He did and improved the flow slightly but the chemicals remained imbalanced and the algae immediately returned. He then asked me to replace the filter which I did immediately. Despite replacing the filter and improving the jet flow, the chemicals remain imbalanced. I called Top Notch's office on the third Friday of this issue reoccurring to ask for emergency service to be able to use the pool that weekend. I was told that no such service is offered and all technicians are home with their families (despite the owner living 15 minutes north of me) and the earliest I could be helped is Monday. Despite my frustration with apparent lack of willingness for emergency service to a loyal client, I agreed to the Monday service. Upon returning home Monday evening, I found the pool to only be partially vacuumed and algae remaining on the walls and steps. I called Top Notch's office and requested the pool again be serviced on Tuesday to clean the remainder of the algae. The technician again cleaned the pool on Tuesday however sent pictures to the owner *************************** AFTER HE PERFORMED THE ADDITIONAL SERVICE claiming that he had returned to a clean pool despite spending additional time performing the additional cleaning. **** then texted me that he would no longer service my pool alleging that I was fabricating a story that the pool was still in need of cleaning. I quickly found a competitor of Top Notch that had the eagerness for customer ********************** perhaps **** once had when his company was growing. I strongly suggest you do not give this firm a chance to "fire you" which they will if you find fault in their work.
