If I could give a **** I definitely would!! *********** parents have been customers of **** 's for over 16 years!! We have never had a late or missed payment. We have even paid him during recent months when he never showed up!! He expressed at different times to my mom that he was overwhelmed cuz he couldn't find reliable help. Around the 2nd week in September, he just stopped showing up n stopped answering ************* calls, knowing that my parents bought a new pump for $750 from him that stopped working in less than 1 year. He was suppose to bring back the warranty info n change the pump for them.... that's when he went ***** Both our pools now resemble swamps and we are stuck with thousands of dollars of pool repair fees because of the heartless, ruthless n careless acts of ***************************!! He felt it was baetter for him to disappear into thin air, than to contact his customers n let us know he'll no longer be doing pools!!The worst part is my mom was feeling terrible, thinking something had to have happened to him, only to find out he's working for a different pool company n going on with his good life as usual!! I'm a single mother, busting my tail to make ends meet only to have a bill for $1850 to have the pool that I just got resurfaced in February, restored back to being clean, white n sanitary again. God doesn't like ugly tho, so I already know he will never prosper!!
