I gave a cashiers check of $3000 downpayment to Champion Motors for 2009 CLK ******** ***** The dealer owner told me that he did not have the title from the auction house and would have in hand within 5 days. That never happened. Consequently after several more days it became obvious to me that the title wait had no end. I called and informed dealer owner that I am going to cancel the deal and he should mail my check back to me. I live in **************, ******* and the dealership is in *************, *******.(About 255 miles away) The dealer owner agreed. Today's date is May 16, 2023, and no check has been received. I have contacted the dealer owner almost everyday via text and phone. In the beginning he would answer the call or respond to my text, Now...nothing. The business ethics of the dealership are highly questionable, Champion Motors knew I was need of car immediately. Have have been mislead, lied to and been robbed of $3000. I am proceeding with court actions for a judgement against Champion Motors. Originally I put a $1000 hold on the ******** **** CLK 350. The Buyer Order Cash order shows that. November 2021, Observed a 2006 ******** **** C230 for Sale via Internet with CSM also Trading as Champion Motors. The photos showed this vehicle in beautiful condition. On the Web Site this dealership states all vehicles in "Like New Condition". Was advised by salesman car is in amazing condition. Beautiful. Drive anywhere. Upon the car arriving, wow AWEFUL! Front Driver's side tire had a slice in it. Key Scratch down the passenger side rear door. Scratches all over and the Clear Coat was peeling from the paint in several locations. front passenger side inner fender well liner missing. Every wheel had aweful curb rash. (I specifically asked if there was curb rash and advised there was not. SRS and Check engine light illuminated. ************** cover aweful, headliner hanging down from ceiling. Terrible stains on headlner. (Was advised interior was in "Awesome" condition). Also, Advertised with Heated Seats. NO Heated Seats. Was told two key fobs would be sent. Two were sent. One works on ignition only, not electronics. Second does not belong to this car as per ******** ******* Was told that their mechanic had inspected the car and in excellent shape. Smelled like oil when started and front end made aweful noise. Subsequently engine diagnosis was all new coil packs needed for passenger side as well as plugs. Oil pouring from Cam Covers on rear of motor. Phoned dealership and complained. Salesman laughed and said body must have been damage during transport, yet deliver driver had photos of car at dealership prior to shipping and all was there. When I told him would send back again salesman laughed and said ******* had an iron clad "AS IS" no return policy. Front end Tie Rods Bad. Has cost me just under $4,000.00 to get the entire vehicle correct and in "Like New" condition as they claimed. I filed a complaint with BBB and Attorney General under Champion Motors. DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY COMMIT FRAUD!Initial Complaint

On March 28th, I sent a wire transfer of nearly $10,000 for the purchase of a vehicle from CSM Motors DBA ******** ******* It took approximately two weeks for the auto dealer to arrange delivery for the car. It has presently been 24 days since I purchased the car. Although the dealer has 30 days to transfer the title to me, I have zero faith that he will do so based upon his continued refusals to communicate and his continued lies. The car was said to be in good used condition, but the entire interior driver side door panel is broken and collapsing. It will cost me between $600-$1,200 to find a replacement on my own. The dealer told me on Saturday March 16th that my title has been mailed, but on Monday March 18th, he told a family member that he thought it had been mailed that day (Monday the 18th). Upon further investigation, there are many reviews alleging similar experiences with Champion Motors/CSM Motors. It's no wonder that he uses multiple aliases to do business. I am filing this complaint in the hopes of receiving my title within the time required by Florida state law which is within 30 days. I would really like to put this purchase and situation behind me. The stress of potentially losing $10k is unbearable.
